I'm reluctant to comment. I don't have a subtank mini-- I rebuild, I don't use any tanks with replaceable heads-- so I am not sure. I certainly do think it would work.

yes they are the later newer style coils for the subtank
some like them and some dont
the difference is the coil is in a vertical position with the wick wraped around the outside of the actual coil
the earlier coils were set in a horizontal position with the wick going through the center of the coil
you can use either and later rebuild both types
i tend to like the dark chocolate type of juice or a real thick creamy custard which tend to realy gunk and kill the coils, so for me i like to clean and rewick my coils on a regular basis so as not to get a lack of flavor, with the earlier style coils they are easier to clean and rewick
you can also later rebuild the newer vertical as either vertical or horizontal coils
the kanger subtanks are a nice easy starter tank
and they are so versatile for a wide range of vapers
do plenty of research for what will suit your needs

MVS where you saw the coils is where i got my first mod and tanks good and promt fast delivery
they have some good prices unless you go to fasttech etc and dont mind waiting for delivery which can take a while but they seem to be the even cheaper
