You're probably getting too much nicotine. I went from half a pack a day to 6mg-- 12mg was too high for me.

You don't necessarily have to get rid of your juice, although you could PIF it. You could buy 0mg juice in the same flavors to mix it into, lowering the nic concentration.

PIF!!! Vapor Chef is good stuff!

I have always felt dizziness when smoking cigarettes. If I smoked 2 in a row, then, it was hold-on-to-something, careful-not-to-fall-over-on-the-street dizzy. I get slightly dizzy with e-juices, but not nearly as much.

I would switch juices, maybe try a couple different brands, and see how they make you feel. It could be a brand thing. And, of course, lower the nic %.

I read somewhere Oreos are more addicting than horoin (sp), nic is even worse.

Try 3 mg. I get terrible headaches with anything more than 6.

No they are not. And no, nicotine alone is not more addictive than .......

You're getting headaches because you never smoked or used nicotine before; when I was learning how to smoke, in my teens, I had constant headaches. It was my body telling me not to smoke.
