Thinking of switching to vaporing 100% and letting go of the cigarettes

Congratulations on deciding to quit!! Finding your flavor will make a huge difference! I have three that I use all day.
I have asthma too, but I've only needed to use my inhaler a couple times since I switched to vaping almost 4 months ago. I was needing to use it several times a day before I started vaping. I was a heavy smoker, so when I started vaping, I thought I'd need high nicotine. Not knowing better, I started out with 36mg. That was way too high! I lowered it to 24mg, which was better, but now I'm happily at 18mg. :)

Good to hear that you wanna make the switch, pretty new myself(started vaping on 12/23 when mine arrived) and been cig free for 9 days now(unless you count lighting my gf's for her when she's driving) my advice is find flavors that you like and go from there....it may take some time to make the change to 100% vape but just take it 1 day at a time.. And if the local b&m isn't helpful or very knowledgeable then seek advice and knowledge elsewhere, this site has helped me tons.

Good luck and happy vaping
:)

I've been vaping about 25 days, and I quit my two packs a day of cigarettes the 25 days ago as well. The only thing to worry about were the cravings - the "want" and thinking it was for a cigarette. So I made a deal with myself. I could have a cigarette as long as I took 5 good vapes first. And I found out that even though I didn't think the vapes would be enough, after the 5 the craving went away. So sometimes don't tell yourself you "can't" - just say "vape first" and see if that fixes it. Also, I had a juice made up with two hits of brown sugar in it so it had a VERY strong flavour, so I used that first thing in the morning when I needed something "strong" with my coffee. Good luck and don't give up - it really does work if you give it half a chance!!!!!!!

Hang in there! I bought a Ego Christmas Eve to go to a bar that had banned smoking. I liked it. Within 3 days, I had accidentally quit the stinky tobacco thingys. I actually just got too lazy to smoke.

Oh yea, my car still stinks, but I smell so much better!!!

I just love these "accidentally I quit" stories.:)
