I cleaned and reused the first tank that had menthol. I tried to blow out the old juice from the atty. It took about 1/3 of a new tank to get rid of the menthol taste (the tank has clove in it now). The flavor of the clove is a bit uninspiring, but it is DIY so that could be my fault. I am not sure what to do about the residue of taste left over from the previous flavor.

Filling the tank was easy, but my method is a little messy (and probably will be until I get the hang of it). I put the tank hole to the dripper of my bottle then turned them so the bottle was upside down and squeezed. A small amount of juice ended up outside the tank. I don't have the patience to use syringes because it would have been more work to clean a syringe out than it was to just put my finger over the hole of the tank and rinse the excess juice off real quick. Both methods involve a small amount of waste (like the small amount you just can't get out of a syringe and needle).

Some juices are harder to get out of an atty (even ones that are not for the ego-t) and usually have to be either vaped out of there. Some use flavorless juice to accomplish that purpose. The other option would be to clean it out, which would be the advantage of having extra atties.

As far as getting rid of a prior flavor such as clove (very tough) the best method is to soak it vodka then blow it out and prime a couple of times. for a better draw watch the video on removing the restriction in the tank itself

The best is LR for all around satisfaction, once my wife had those the regulars became spares for testing out new juices. The 900+ MAh Batteries also seem to work better as well. I'm off into the land of mods and voltage now, but occasionally use the eGo-T at work or out and about.

It has been around three weeks since I got the ego-t attys and tanks. So far everything is still good. I can't really taste green apple and grape. Maybe my DIY is not going well. There isn't much TH with the regular b attys, but I do get a good amount of vapor with 50/50 pg/vg mix. The tanks seem to be lasting. I have only opened up two for the whole three weeks. Much better than the amount of time I could get three cartomizers to last.

One of you told me that when I opened up the LR atty the others would go in a drawer, and I think it may be a winner. It is the first LR I ever tried and I love it. The vapor production is better, the TH is better, the flavor is better, and the draw seems better. I can't put my others in a drawer though because I have to use something while the LR is drying. I have to wait a while before buying more stuff since I have still not broken even and I hope to do so soon, and I don't' have a lot of money anyway because I am a single parent and a college student at a university. If I could sell the Kr8 batteires, ego unused attys, cones, ego cartos, and unused carts I may be in a better position to buy more ego-t stuff.

Also I am hoping liberty flights will sell the b style in kits so I can replace my batteries that are not doing so good after only 8 months of use. It will be cheaper to hang in there and get the batts and attys together.I emailed them and told them I would love it if they would sell them. Anyone else who is looking for the b type for a good price should email them too so that they see we are interested.

I almost forgot, I have been popping the end cap off to clean and fill and it seems to be doing well. I don't expect the tanks to last a long time because I do this, but they are only $7 for five of them so it still turns out to be a better deal than cartomizers.

i think altsmoke has the best ego-t deal around @ $65. I got the type B LR from cignot however. It was amazing IMO.

The Ego-T definitely has a muted quality to all its flavors, yet it is more consistent in delivering the basic taste of each juice than high volt mods, which you can get wrong a 1000 ways.

glad you are also finding the ego-t to work out.

Argg I tried to do a wick adjustment per Vickie's video and think I screwed it up. Now my atomizer gets super hot after a couple of draws. I don't have the tools nor the skills to take it apart like in her cleaning video. All I have is regular needle nose pliers and tweezers. I think I may have taken some of the wicking out of the hat. Crap.
