Size is more the factor TWSS no problems with carrying extra batteries or juice. and I hover around the 3ml mark so Im still torn.

You could get a mini and just take another 3mil bottle with you as they are very quick to swap out and would also fit in the plastic battery cases

Definitely get a bottle buddy or two, they're fantastic for backing up your REO while you're out and about. In mine I have a spare atty w/tip, a spare 6ml bottle (Grand), and a spare 18650. It's an overnight kit you can almost lose in a pants pocket, and they're usually like 3 bucks.

The bottle buddys are cool. I got one free from RTDVAPOR with the Pila charger I ordered. It'll hold two bottles and an atty.
