thinner battery than 18650? (DNA 40)

OK so simple question is there a thinner lipo cell than the 18650 that will run the dna 40 chip set? I ask for a build I'm doing\not doing dependent on the lipo cell size.

There are flat LiPo batteries. The MVPs use two of them. They tend to be quite a bit wider than an 18650.

Well there's my problem lol in the mod I'm making I need a cylindrical cell with a smaller diameter than the 18650 or a lipo pack that at no point is wider than an 18650, ideally I need an ego cell to fit. But it needs to power a DNA 40
