I'm really trying hard to lose some weight.

I've been eating at least two of those Weight Watchers Smart Choice meals (average 400 calories) twice a day.

Their really not too awfully bad and are probably loaded with some kind of a thing that makes you feel full. My heart doc told me to lose weight .... or else. And by or else, he meant putting me in the hospital for a lap band which I won't do.

I know too many old people who those things have killed off.

Hummm .... maybe that's what he has in mind because I stealth vape in the examination room when he's not in there.

TT
Lapband? Has the doc offered any suggestions on losing weight?

Nooo .... when I taught him English I left out that part.

Actually, it was he who recommended Weight Watchers.

I have two more months before my next visit and I'm hoping the way I'm eating, and no sweets along with the Raspberry Keytone caps I'm taking will help me to lose weight.

Did you ever get a chance to research the Raspberry Keytone caps Sdh?

TT

LOL, Bov! Yep, we fall into those habits too. Thats why with any good diet, you eat a lot of the right foods throughout the day. You are less likely to eat the "bad" stuff if you are not hungry. Skipping meals will make your body hang on to fat (starving man syndrome) Eating three meals and snacks of the right foods actually keep your metabolism revved and help you to lose weight.

Not yet TT I will pm you in a bit...need to ask some personal questions. Related to your health...or I could just fabricate a few from memory.

Oh heck, just fabricate them. Probably be as close to right as anything else.

The thing that really bothers me is this high sperm count that I suffer from.

You just can't imagine ....
