The court docket isn't updated yet, but I got an email update from victim services saying that AH's next court date is April 30th. Guess I have another month to breathe a little easier. No idea if the bail amount changed, that will show when the docket is updated, probably tomorrow.

Yep 5c, even when it's in the 20s here I have my window fan running, glad I have 2 windows in my room. My computer has a 1k watt power supply in it, so it puts out plenty of heat too. Then I turn my tv on when I turn off my pc.

Maybe that's why I've been receiving more SPAM lately. I have a response I copy and paste on every one of them. Seems to work because I never hear back from them.

Any company that has to resort to spam will never get any business from me.

Well I just washed a full load of clothes...Pants, socks and thermal tops mostly...As I added the dryer sheet it dawned on me that I'd forgotten detergent...SOAFB!!!!! Guess I rinsed a load of clothes...Watch me hang 'em up.....

Mom had to get a shot in the eye for her macular today...I visited a dear old friend at the Cadalliac body shop...He's 66 and had pneumonia...Old boy showed me the ropes and I'm a loyal SOB...He's doing well now...Dang eye doc kept her in there for over three hours...Spike and I went on tour....

I read that thing about the nano particles....I'm skeptical until I see some info that isn't suspect of bias....bottom line real cigarettes will kill yer azz....I researched that for a number of years...

Dee, give your mom hugs from me, glad to know that she's doing ok other than the MD.

I read the article too, and the first thought I had was reflecting back to the FDA's bogus claims that "studies show e-liquid contains anti freeze". I will admit that I've wondered about the use of silica wicks, but this study sounds like it was done using mostly pre filled carts.

I really wish they would fix some of the bigger issues that we face like all the tainted drugs that are killing folks, and leave us vapers the hell alone!

Docket info is updated this morning. AH plead not guilty to all charges and his bail is still $150k. If his public defender isn't able to work a plea deal, a couple of his felonies have a mandatory 1 year sentence.

Talked to my DD last night. She has finally set a date for her wedding. She and her fella are getting married on the beach. I already love my almost-son-in-law. He has made my baby happy.

Whatever makes her happy, Bov. I won't be able to wear those silver satin heels I bought. Now I've got to shop for some flip flops or sandals, I guess. It's all good. I think her Dad is relieved that he won't have to wear a tux.

I was married a whole 3 years,,,she wasn't a beach.....I just went my own way...After 10 years I saw her last fall at her father's wake{i'd remained friends with my SIL and a few other extended family members}....Hey look I just don't subscribe to the American Dream...Good job...big house....3 kids and all that ........My life according to my standards is quiet nice,,,She wanted to question all that....Dang woman has been keeping tabs.....

I've long known you were in Tennessee{see I knew how to spell it!!} just the other day I noticed it was Eastern Tennessee...My beach crib is behind Topsail Island, NC,,,,Though the area has grown much over the years it is still a family beach and not overly crowded most of the time.....There are lots of weddings there....Zappos for the flips!!!!!!!!!!!!!
