Uhhgggg...Am I really up this early? Car at the shop and the owner gave me a ride back hole. I asked them to let me know what code my computer is throwing so I'll know what needs to fixed to shut my CEL off.

Have a fantabulous day!!

Five the other day as I was going thru my kit I noticed my collection of top caps looking old, tarnished and unwanted...901, 808 and 801 just gathering dust...I just prefer 510....

Good luck with the car Bov.....

The stump is up the hill, behind the pond, outta sight and outta mind forever.....All I gotta do now is fill the huge crater....It's all tractor work though and us Southern boys love tractors.....

Last week as I returned home I noticed a strange pair sitting in my neighbors drive a quarter mile up the road...My house is not visible from the road...As I walked back up the drive to get Spike from Mom's the car I'd seen was pulling down my drive...Private Property No Trespassing??? They musta missed it...I guess I approached rather aggressively as the driver stuck his head out and said wrong driveway man...They passed and circled too leave as I held my hand out for them too stop...I asked who they were looking for and the driver said wrong house man as he sped out....Cops?? Robbers?? Idiots??? They kinda caught me off guard and how do I wish I'd of stepped in their path now...Trust one thing I've kept a sharp eye out for those two..They return too my hood and some splaining will be done...Next up....Security gate...New sign is already up...Trespasser Beware...It will get UGLY....I also picked a hitch from the junkyard...Fabbing a Reese type hitch to fit my tractors 3 point connection....

This site has eaten my last two posts...I got several errors occurred boxes popping up...I sat for days waiting for the next page...Reply to post??? That never did pop up last night....Ratchet and Clank....Ratchet and Clank!!!!!!!!!!

Sooner or later 5'er you're going to have give up your Betamax.... err 808 :p

I just had too many issues with different 510 cartos and atty's connecting the center pin. A problem I've never had with 901 or 801 threads.

Good you and Wharf can have my share. I have the same in reverse, a bunch of old 510 junk in my junk box. I gave all my 510 cartos away except for my i06 atty's

Ha, ha! I thought that I would never give my 808s up either until the dual coils came along. Now I guess that I am just used to the 510s. Something will come along that will make 5C change his ways ;)

One thing's sure, I don't see the 801 top cap leaving my Buzz Pro. Fusion/M1A1/BP is just an excellently consistent setup.

The plumbing thread compound paste has worked really well at keeping the top cap on while still being removable. Just a small amount on the TC threads, then wiped the excess. The lip of the top cap has plenty good contact with the body, still a snug but not too tight fit after months, TC never loosens when unscrewing a carto.

Dee I saw your pic on FB dragging that stump...Ram tough!

I was trying to burn a couple of cds from my computer and couldn't get it to work for some reason. Went downstairs and booted up AH's computer, got my cds burned easily. Skype pops up and there was a continuing conversation there (I know, Wharf!!) and it got...ugly! I have just enough ..... in me that I made copies of this conversation that goes all the way back almost a year, sent 1 copy to the so called friend, and another copy to her husband, who is AH's best friend. Now it's gonna get ugly somewhere else. I may feel ashamed of myself tomorrow. I wish I had the ability that I see in other people, to be able to put my feelings in a quiet little room in my head and lock the door on them. Wow...just wow.

No worries Bov, I don't have one of those quiet little rooms in my head either....at least not when it comes to that crap that you just saw. My actions would have been identical to yours girl...to the Tee.....and ain't no guilty feelings would have crept up later either! No Maam, I always say "Hell has no fury like Tracy scorned!" Zero tolerance for cheating liars. I am giving you a STANDING OVATION all the way from Jersey!!!! You freakin' go girl! ;)

I'm cool enough to stick with what works for me :) My BP setup is in the "just plain works" category. When the Envy comes out it'll get a platinum/M1A1 on top, though I may end up going the 510/801 adapter route.

I do like atties on feeders, but the M1A1/BP combo is an absolute zero fuss configuration, a huge plus. The powerizers give it excellent run time, and its durability has been stellar -- I still read about other tube PV, but the tales of woe that normally start popping up remind me of when I used 808s and Rivas, never sure when a drop would send them to the great vaping hall in the sky.

Last session with the current dive class tonight, then this Sunday I do my drysuit instructor open water checkout. It might come in handy soon -- there's a class due for their Open Water (first level student cert) dives in early May, and I expect only 45F water temp.

5, when I was a newbie, I said I would never use manual batts or mods. I was sure I would never want to. I am sitting here now using a mod (manual of course). I have put away ALL my autos and use manuals exclusively. I should never say never, but I'm old and stubborn sometimes. ;) Does that make me cool, I wonder?:2cool:

Geez. I probably would have shown up in person, screaming, and really made a scene. Talk about ugly. I would have ended up in jail myself. Bov, if you are like me, if you hadn't done SOMETHING, you would choke on it. I gotta get my feelings out. So I understand, girl.

Me too. I haven't found anything that vapes like a Fusion in an M1A1. If I did I'd be tempted to gamble a little do-re-me on one of those 510 contraptions. But I gambled to much on them already just to have them laying in the junk drawer. Now the other proprietary 510 things I have work well with the carto/atty they came with but try another atty/carto on them and 90% of the time I have ti pry the center post up or they just don't work at all. Everyone has their fave though and that's a good thing because if everyone liked Fusions they would be harder to get than they are. Choice is the best part of this industry.
The Envy I'm sure will be to the standard Mike makes all notcigs devices,

What a day! Lilac and Salem...too funny poking fun at my hole typo!! After this day, I want to find a hole and crawl in it. But as we all know, you can see the worst in some people and the best in others in the same day.

Got my car fixed, new bolt in the tensioner, hose fixed, IAT sensor plug fixed for the CEL that was constantly on, and the grand total for all this....$44!!! Yep, didn't even charge me for half the labor charge. And the best ending to a very stressful day is the note they write below the charges..."Charming Customer of the day Discount!"

I guess only my friends know that I can go from charming to (b)itch in 5 seconds flat
