Salem all the info I could find came from a city search forum...The last replies were from "09....DH is definitely correct....My musical preferences are the heavier the better.....Still the old school country of Reeves, Pride, Jones and Cash....It was my Father's favorite and he always had it on the turntable.....

This whole WiFi thing....It's a good 1/4 from my crib too the road....WiFi is my only choice....I began with an unlimited plan from Alltell....Ratchet and Clank....Slow as molasses in those early days....Verizon purchased Alltell and speeds improved over time...Unlimited became limited as the plan became older...Verizon's unlimited was $35 more a month than my contract with Alltell....It was burning them up....I finally cut it off after many, many arguments....Virgin had unlimited 3G for $50 so I went with them....4G is not an option in the woods...All has been well until this week...I received an email stating they would start limiting speeds when 85% of your monthly time had been used...The next day I got another email stating I was at 85% and my speed would be cut as to allow other users in my area equal time at high speed...Verizon used this same story but once actually admitted that I was the only customer receiving WiFi in my area...I know ding dong well there ain't no one around here using Virgin....Hey it says unlimited...within limits I guess....Truth in advertising....Nope..........

Wow TT, that sure does sound like a lot of WORK!!! Even with the new sprayer. Sheesh, you'd better be real careful out there. The Mrs might get to liking the "new working TT" and get carried away with the "honey do" list!

I have white fence around my back yard, the plastic kind. My neighbor (lovely woman she is and we get along quite well) planted trees in her back yard....4 of them. What a stinkin mess those trees make! My once white fence is now green, and we won't even talk about the havoc they are creating for my little pond. I would definitely expect this if I lived out in the country, but not in town. Lived here for 18 years and no tree messes to deal with up until about 7 years ago. Anyways, my point to all this is that I should really look into getting me one of those power washers. It would make me feel a whole lot less like Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn, as I do it all by hand now.

Heck yes ElDee, I'm excited for the Envy debut as well!!! And by the way, when you get talking to your ISP you just tell them that your ECF friends need to hear from ya, so they better not be limiting your online time!!!

LD I use Virgin Mobile and pd for the internet but I haven't the patience or eyesight to get it working on my phone I'm so happy with Comcast and had my final battle with Dish yesterday. I told them to disconnect on the first and 5 min. latter my daughter came in saying all ther channels just went off. I told her Sorry. She is in Lifetime withdrawl until the Comcast equipment shows up. The Lady I dealt with from Comcast (The Washington State Superviser) was a sweetheart and gave me an excellent deal. The nice thing about them is you know what your getting. Not surprise after surprise and hidden charges.

I'm going to have to spend a little time to get the internet going on my phone today I guess. Yesterday I spent almost 2hr. waiting for a dr. appt. and I could of used it. They would of been happier too as I wasn't very happy about it.

The ENVY....YeeHaw!!

Lots of spring duties for all of us it sounds. MIL Sent me today to get 4 bags of mulch, window wash, house wash, roofing tar for the shed, and asphalt driveway sealer. Guess who's gonna be working their backside off! And then she wants lots of painting done. The work is good for me and everything will look nice when finished tho.

I am going to try my hand at some porch planting again this year. I have no grass/yard in front, just porch, sidewalk, street, so I plant my porch. I have two hanging baskets that I plant each year and two window boxes attached to my porch railing. I enjoyed this very much for most of the years I've lived here. Problem was for the last few years we have some idiots that have jumped onto my porch and grabbed onto my flag pole and broke it, (not the pole, the fixture that attaches to the post) and they also dump something onto the plants in the boxes, killing them, or have even turned them upside down onto the sidewalk during the night.

Now, I gotta say this (close your ears and eyes Wharf! ) you all know that I can be a sweet girl, but let me catch the punk azz freak that's doing this and I guarantee none of you would recognize me!!! It wouldn't be from the whoopin they put on me either. There is nothing more that I can't stand than disrespecting someone elses property. Drives me WILD!!!

I gave up last year and planted nothing, hung none of my decorative flags but it really bothered me to let them win. So if you see a headline something like "Jersey girl goes ape shiz on disrespectful punks ruining property"......just smile and say "she got 'em!"

Yea TT, I heard about the temps. It doesn't bother me much anymore. Everything after 80 all feels the same now. The lack of humidity makes it much more bearable. I have nice big fan I sit next to (next to the bed and my PC) that'll keep me cool until the a/c kicks on.

Side note: I got my meds adjusted and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. It's been a nice break from the "norm". My gf finally got some meds that have (so far) improved her pain levels and she's doing better than she has in awhile to. It's been a great few weeks for us. I hope the trend continues. We both could use some positives right now.

Tracy, remember my story about the teenagers who were doing target practice so close to my house (when I lived out in the boonies) that a bullet whizzed past me? I jumped in my ex's one ton and took off after them. They saw me coming, piled into their truck and took off, but I was already on them and forced them to pull off the road for an ... chewing they wouldn't forget. Then I called the law and told the Sheriff that when he found those boys they would tell him that I was a crazy woman, and he better believe them!

I'll come and work night duty on your porch...let those punks tangle with both of us and we'll learn 'em some respect

Oh gosh, I'm not proud of this, but I will tell the tale anyway. The teenage boy who used to live across the road from us thought it was a good idea for him and his friends to stand in his yard and throw glass bottles at the power pole on our property and watch the glass shards fly (all over OUR property)

The poor kid picked the wrong day to do that...I had PMS and this was not the first incident with him and his family. I was sitting in my Mom's backyard talking to her and when I saw what he was doing, I was up and halfway out the road to his house before I even realized I was up and moving and MAD.

I honestly can't remember what I said or what he said back. He wanted to show off in front of his pals and he said something I didn't appreciate and I invited him out into the road to say it again. LOL That kid could have ground me into the pavement, but at the time I didn't give a chit. He dropped his head and had nothing else to say. I have no idea what I would have done if he had taken me up on my offer to duke it out in the middle of the road.

That was so unlike me, but I was powered by hormonal rage. Like I said, that was not my proudest moment.

Thanks everyone. It's nice not feeling like crap all the time for once. They did change my "happy pills" (xanax) and gave some new stuff. I don't know how good it works since I haven't needed them (which is good). The place I went to aren't allowed to prescribe xanax but I do have some left from my last scrip as back up. So far so good tho.

I do like Comcast 100% better and have always gotten deals with them but I let my daughter take it over and the bill shot up to over $200.00 a mo. That's without HBO, Starz, etc.. Now I'm taking it back over. Oh another thing Dish does that they don't mention is your responsible for shipping their equipment back. I said you mean I can't drop it off with one of your techs and they said no. They're the ones that brought it. I checked 4 dish supposed to be stores on google maps and they're all empty lots and other businesses. They are the worst underhanded POS I have ever encountered and I'm glad to see them out-a-here.

I do now have a metal pole 5c, once they broke my wooden one in half I upgraded. That's when they broke the metal fixture right off the post! Bass Turds!! (thanks for letting me borrow your words there ElDee!)

I should probably grease that sucker up with some Vaseline.

I am thinking positive...it's not going to happen this year.

Oh yes Bov, we as a team could no doubt teach them some manners, and have a total blast doing so!!! Muahahahha!!
