hahaha I hear ya 5c!!! That's how I feel most days when I pop in here early. (like today) I can hear the crickets chirping!! Then I think, oh yeah, all my buds are still tucked in tightly.

Back to that Purple Haze....on the website it says it was created by a long time customer Josh. I called and spoke to the vendor about it and told him the stuff was so good, but complex, that I didn't know whether I wanted to (((hug))) Josh, or punch him! LOL He laughed!!

My stove is all wired up now, well the electrical is, and I am expecting delivery tomorrow. What a year long wild ride it has been! It is such a relief to cross another thing off of the to do list.

Bov's photo on Lilacs birthday thread (I love it btw) inspired me to share my "therapy" with you all. Here is what I've been up to "for me"











I love plants, and have always liked succulents as well. This year I brought some home! I also planted 2 terrariums (lots of fun)with houseplants, which I need to take a photo of. That left me with 6 or 8 leftover plants, as you seperate larger ones into smaller ones for terrariums, so I planted those in pots as well. My house is not the greatest for "light" so this should be interesting.

Aww I'm sorry 5c. I didn't go to bed early, I was keeping in touch with my ex husband in Fl. His mother was rushed to hospital Monday, they decided to take her off life support last night. No more pain, Rita...peace be with you now.

Tracy those plants look great! I have never been very good with house plants. Katie has a Christmas cactus that as big as a small house LOL! It's beautiful, especially when it blooms.

Thanks Fran!! My Dad handed down his beloved book of "all things plants" once he heard I was getting into them again. I suppose I get that from him too....when I get into something, I research it and learn all that I can about it beforehand, then go nuts with it! hahaha He tried talking me into an Orchid, YIKES!!!! I told him, maybe next year....let's see how these do here first.

I "dressed up" my no longer- previously mostly purple BP today with a new skin from Jwraps. It turned out pretty well (thanks Bov!) and I took before and after pics to show you all, but I have that awful task of getting those photos out of my phone and into email, then photobucket to share! Once I am up to doing all of that I will post them for ya. One bump in the road was that there is no cut out for the side screw. Hmmmmm, may have to leave that one up to Bo!

Is that how I have to get photos off my phone? I have to email them to myself from my phone? I thought I could just use my data cable to retrieve them, like I do with my camera? I did put a 4gb micro memory card in it, but it takes crappy pics.

Hey Tracy, I liked the pics of your plants. Thanks for posting them.

Orchids are really easy to take care of. Just pop a few ice cubes in its pot every couple of days and that's all there is to it. If you have a tall, clear vase that will help hold the humidity/moisture in and around the plant, its even better.

Tracy, try Cymbidium Orchids. They are really easy to care for. I have mine all outside in the ground here but it doesn't get as cold here as it does back there though. The cold out here sets the spikes. There you could probably keep them in pots outside and bring them in when the freeze starts. They also like to be root-bound.

If you have a micro SD card in your phone, you can just transfer your saved photos from that to your pc, provided you have a port for memory cards on your pc. That is how I used to do it, and it was a lot easier than this phone I have now. I have no choice but to email them to myself, open them from my pc, save it to pc, transfer to photobucket and copy to forums.

Thank you TT! Really? Ice??? Why am I thinking they are so difficult to keep then??? Or is it difficult to have them flower??? I saw some really gorgeous ones at Home depot.....now I may just go get one!!!
