Cool, got the review request for the couple of m1a1 I ordered last week.

"The old one only lasted through 22 months, darn thing should have a built-in locator so I could find it when I drop it in a lake. Three days total, from time of order, to get the new ones delivered cross country - need to speed it up." :D

The sweet cream from TPA has more of a milky taste, and will taste almost like spoiled milk if you use too much. FA's fresh cream is more like a whipping cream flavor...I much prefer FA's Fresh Cream.

I'm out of it right now so I have been using my TPA sweet cream in my coconut mint recipe. It's good, but will be better when I get more FC. I'm just too cheap to order 1 flavor and pay shipping for it, so it'll have to wait until I need to restock.

I wouldn't attempt to fix it, just wanted to learn how they work. Being from the south, I'm used to heat pumps. Basically he's replacing the zone regulator boxes with newer versions, new pressure valves, etc. The boiler itself is in good condition. We can switch this one to manual and be able to still have heat if the electricity goes out, so Katie was worried that she'd have to replace the whole furnace. The new ones don't have that because it's apparently against code here, but if you have an old unit that still has it, it's grandfathered in. The repair man seems to be quite understanding about her not wanting to lose that manual feature :)

Awww, thanks guys and gals! My vapeaversary isn't until next week...today is Mark's Day!!

Well, $600 later we have new wiring, new pressure and temp controllers, and new copper from the valves (also new) down to the boiler. Also replaced the ancient upstairs thermostat with a big number digital so Katie can see it really well. I thought that was an extra nice thing for the repairman to do. I'm sure she paid for it, but he said it was a freebie since he had it in the truck already. Here, our gas company does most of the repairs.

All of this put Katie in a good mood today, and when Katie's happy, everybody's happy! We tore into a watermelon and giggled like little school girls this afternoon. I'll take all the good days I can get, and I love seeing her happy and laughing
