He used to go to Mexico every yr. for the winter and it cost him less money to live in Mexico than he made working in the US.

Oh I loved it down there. I had more problems with the American college students that were down there than I did with the natives.

It depends on where you go. I wouldn't go to Juarez but if you go to the tourist spots like Puerto Vallarta or Mazitlan they treat you pretty good.

Mine is pretty easy Fran, we don't exchange gifts

We are getting big fat silver dollar sized snow at the moment, temp hovering right at freezing.

I did all of my shopping online so now I wait for deliveries so I can wrap.

Have I mentioned that I hate wrapping.

Easy shopping there Bov. We haven't seen more than flurries here so far.

Sash I hate wrapping to. I did go shopping with my daughter on Black Friday but the bulk has been done on line. Amazon loves me.

Hi guys SURPRISE.... I'm stopping in. I hope everyone well.

As for me, I haven't started shopping yet. I've browsed Amazon a few times but I am not sure what I want to get. I do not think Chris and I will be exchanging gifts this year, but we do want to make Christmas extra special for the kids as with all that is going on, we have not been able to pay as much attention to them as we would like and they have had to make many adjustments.

So what I have I missed??

It's so great to see you here girl! I've missed ya bunches! We are only doing Christmas for the kids this year as well, so that makes things a bit easier, but the older two are getting harder and harder to buy for. Hate to do gift cards, but it's coming to that, along with other little things like fragrance, beauty prod. etc

The economy is terrible...
