We're getting a few snow flakes here and there too Fran

I'm still gonna take her car in Monday to have the brakes inspected, but she feels better knowing that I didn't encounter any immediate issues. They probably need looking at anyway, she's a "one foot on the brake, other foot on the gas" type driver. Scares teh bejeesus out of me to ride with her lol!

Just cloudy and cold down this way...I was in most of the day doing needed chores...

Whew!!! Just came in off the main forum.....I'd seen the I Clear 30s and thought it looked pretty sweet...Instead of much in way of a review they were arguing whether it was a clearo or a carto...Splitting hairs there Tonto...I still plan on an Aspire....since they're local and cheap a I 30s will get a run as well...I'm digging innokin.....never did I think I'd say that about a Chinese company....

I meant to mention this earlier but the CRS took full effect....File that paperwork!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure with the life experiences contained here one of us can surely be of help...Ain't 5 a part time lawyer????

Our flurries cleared out to a gorgeous clear evening sky, but the snow is an inevitable part of living here. Like Denrock, our weather is calling for snow mid week.

Dee, you bet I'm gonna file, and I'll also file the waiver asking the judge to dispense the court, filing and process server fees. Legal Aid did tell me that with him in the can, the judge will likely waive those fees. But I did again get the advice (from trusted friends as well as legal aid) to wait until January to file. Seems that the 10 year mark is a magic number in divorce

Ooh, she still drives? We are so thankful because my mom voluntarily gave up driving years ago. Being from NY, she never even had a drivers license until she was in her mid 30s. She never was very comfortable driving at all.

Katie is very lucky to have you there looking out for her, Bov.

The main forum can be a scary place out there, LD. It is a shame too because it was not like that just a few years back.

I don't care for the I30s or 16s but, I too am impressed with the quality from innokin on the otems that I do like from them. So far anyway.

Hey Bov, I am curious but, don't answer if you don't want to. Does Katie know of your plans?

Salem, yes Katie still drives, and so far has no reason to stop. Her reflexes are good and she's still competent.

And yes, she does know of my plans and is supportive of the divorce. She has asked me to stay here and says that if I'm still living here when AH gets paroled, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. She won't refuse to let him come back here to live, but has suggested that she may have to make a different choice if he causes trouble.
