Salem you and Pokey stay safe down there!!!!!!!!!! We got dirt in places and 3/4 in other places from round 1....round 2 due tomorrow....round 3 Thursday....This ain't no fun at all....

Jim Cantore` is a personal friend of The Evel One...Well he was late summer of "96...Sandpiper Bar in Surf City was where we could be found most evenings...Fran was approaching and old Jim set up shop on the Sandpiper's side deck...All told we carried on for 2/3 days and then the sheet hit the fan...It was to be the worst hit NC had seen from a hurricane...Haven't seen Jim since and really hope it stays that way..I'd love to see some of the footage shot of my old crew...

Cut some of my juice tonight...should be roughly 8% flavour and nic....I also added a mild shot of vinegar...ACV...Much more managable in the kayfun...12mg/ml nic was azz kickin' with my trident...Haven't fired it up at this point with the lower mg/ml...Thinking a good dose of ACV will calm the "Herpes Watermelon" as well...It tastes wonderful until the scabs start forming...I gotta research the amount of ACV per ml of mix...Anyone adding ACV or Lemon juice to their mix????????

Well Spring must be getting close cause I see the stores filling up the front with piles bagged bark.

Maybe they've run out of tube sand for car traction :)

Staying busy, between work and clearing snow in the driveway. We're just in classic lake effect mode, though the great lakes have frozen enough to cut into it.

Same for us Tracy...everyone stay safe, warm, and smart!

Dee, I tried the ACV thing with some fruit vape I had, but I couldn't find a balance between taming the juice vs. being able to taste the ACV. Same with the baking soda solution I tried for taming the acidity in my Pina Colada flavoring. Dayam that Pina Colada was good, until the inside of my mouth turned to ground beef :?:

Another 2 hour grocery store trip with Katie this morn, then cooked chicken breasts for lunches, and taco meat for dinner. I really have to be careful before I let Katie turn my into Suzy Homemaker!

Glad to see you checking in, Mark.

Wharf, I bet that was a great acoustic set to see! I haven't thought about Hot Tuna in years :)

If it's doing that to your mouth I wonder what it's doing to your throat and lungs. That's another reason I don't mix my own. Most premixed juice is done in a lab environment and if it wasn't safe someone would be filing law suits everytime an issue came up.

There may be a few labs but the overwhelming majority are just plain old counters...I'll take the homegrown DIY any day....Bov's situation was due to ph....

Bov 2 drops of lemon juice per 5mls mixed for sweet flavors...ACV is best for tobacco flavors...I found this out after adding ACV to Strawberry/Coconut but still it's quiet managable...I just wanted to see what it did actually the S/C was fine beforehand...

2 drops of lemon juice? I've got to try that out ElDee!!! Lord knows I have a ton of fruity flavors. :) Thanks for the tip!

8-14 inches now forecasted. Will depend on where the warm air and cold arctic air meet as to exactly how much we get here, so I guess it's still a bit tricky to call. One things for sure, I am dreaming of the warm sun, flip flops, and sitting poolside. Oh sweet summer where are you?!? Hel* at this point I'll be happy for allergy season. ;) This is one long winter.

I hope everyone of you Southern Buzzards are safe and well.
