85 here too, got our yard mowed, and may need to go help one of our neighbors mow hers. She came over to let us know that her husband is in the hospital with pneumonia and sepsis
Thanks for the offers 5c and PI, but I really have too many extra calories of my own! I read the other day that it takes 7,000 jumping jacks to lose one pound. That'll put a new perspective on that bowl of ice cream I crave at 2am!

Poor wharf that's some hot meatballs plus the humidity there. Triple YUCK!!!! It's hot here but I live in the desert don't have deal with humidity luckily.

Here's the recipe for the Cinnamon Roll I vape, the brands of the flavorings are important since there is usually a difference in taste between brands. I get most of my flavorings from ecigexpress most of the time.
Total flavoring is 6% of the mix
3% Flavor West Cinnamon Roll
2% Lorann Cream Cheese Frosting
1% Flavor Art Fresh Cream
