5c, sometimes it's a control issue combined with the slipping elderly mind. That's what it is here anyway. Her anger is that I didn't have to ask her for help, which to her would have meant I was indebted to her.

In Florida there was property tax on home and land, but not vehicles that I recall. Also no state income tax.
I know it will Fran, I just wish she understood that I try to think of her best interests. It's frustrating that everything in her world revolves around money. Money = love, withholding money = disapproval, everyone who does something nice for her = they want something from her, etc.

And sometimes with age it is just an exacerbation of a characteristic that they may (or may not) have done a better job of hiding and managing in the past.
Fear, a slipping mind and a healthy dose of don't give a sheet can be a emotionally lethal combination.
But I hear ya, Bov, on what it is there...and my heart and my hand go out to you.

I haven't checked in in a few days and I feel like I missed a lot what happened with the tic bite? Property tax on cars!?!?!? I'm sure there was a bunch more in there in between but you guys have a bunch going on.... My neck of the "woods" that is actually a desert. Ha ha ha... The new job seems was a good move as of now. HP seems like a employe happy invironment glad to say.
One question with the coil builders that use cotton wicks. Can I use any organic cotton or am I looking for something special? I got a bit of cotton when I ordered the tank but running a bit low and I'm sure I can get a better price if I go down to target and buy it there.... You guys thought I was going to say Wal-Mart didn't you. Thanks for any advise.
