Tehehe I'm here. :)

And you're in the right place too. Welcome.

Don't get me wrong, I like this weather. It's just not summer-like.

It just got started yesterday. Give it time to wake up all the way.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the summer solstice begins at 6:51 a.m. EDT on June 21, according to Almanac.com, officially ringing in summer. The date brings the year’s longest stretch of daylight. Though the hours of sunlight depend on location, many areas will see 16 hours’ worth of light on Saturday.
Summer Solstice 2014: 5 Facts To Know About The First Day Of Summer
You won't hear me complaining about the cooler season we've had so far. If it's cold I can always put more clothes on, but when it's hot and you're down to nekkid, there ain't no more you can take off!

I think we've forgotten that this is the Notcigs area

That said, ProV, just like the Buzz Pro vs. Evic, etc...American made, stellar reputation, warranty, years in service! Yep they cost more than the imports, but how many can say they still have a 4 year old import that works good as brand new? How many imports can you send back to the vendor for repair if something does go bad?

I get the whole cloud chasing thing, and I get that a lot of people have turned vaping into a hobby, but if you are looking for everyday use, durability, and dependability, look to the few APVs that have been around since the first variable voltage
I've owned them all and gave most away. The difference between a boost regulator and a buck is all the difference in the world to me when it comes to vaping. The boost does okay and is a lot cheaper but I get a better vape from a kick down buck regulated pv like the Buzz PVs and the Infinity line. I haven't found one that does the job as well except for a couple I made but they use the same type regulator as the Notcigs PVs.

Summer Solstice is huge in the UK. They open up Stonehenge to the Druids for religious ceremonies and to watch the sun rise.

We were there with 19,000 Dead Heads.... (humm, seamed like or maybe just flashbacks) LOL. There was a lot of chanting and singing. When the sun came up the place erupted... We had a blast !!!

I know they do Wharf and I bet that was a lot of fun. Great memories to reflect on.

People attend the annual summer solstice at the Stonehenge monument on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire, southern England June 21, 2010. Druids and revellers visited Stonehenge during an annual pilgrimage to the site to celebrate the summer solstice, the longest day of the year.

After thinking about it I believe the E Vic is the pv made by Joye...It looked fine and dandy to me...Joye will always have my loyalty due to their little 510 atty...They alone got me off cigarettes...Three drips and puff...puff...

The Buzz Pro was a game changer when it hit the shelves...As some of you know I've been involved with NotCigs for a good while...I have opinions on the current state but I'll keep those silent...I will say that I feel the BP should have received a flush 510 and maybe an option to an 18 series battery...say an 18350 X 2...That would make it fit flush with the new style tanks with no gap from the raised 510...The 18 series would provide extended run time...The boost verses buck...The buck runs longer and if you vape over 4.2V it's the way to go...Boost??? It boosts fine but at the expense of run time...The key??? Whatever you choose as a topper should run best at 3.7 ~ 4.2 V...At that voltage the boost is fine and runs a good while...Now if you've read this far....Tre Mojitos have become top priority....That's fine...The East Coast Rep got let go...that's not fine...Dealing with inferior Chinese manufacturers was a mistake from the get go...The flooding of the market with not so much cheaper and far inferior to the BP PVs spelled death...At the end of the day there are only so many things that could have been accomplished...Buzzkiller will always be my friend and though I've moved on I'll always stand behind him....

Let me state that I took no offense to the 'rant'...I knew I was in violation...I also knew the current state of affairs...I'm good.......

I lead an active lifestyle...Yesterday as I pressure washed my transmission I was fully soaked front side...shorts dripping...ProV and KayFun in my pocket soaked as well...Nary a bump in the road it kept on going....My Pro is American...my topper German...I'll avoid RJR and China as well if there is any way possible...I don't involve myself in the many ProV love/hate threads.....Vaping is critical to stay off the stinkies...I view my PV as a tool....Believe one thing I've got a sheet ton of money invested in tools...I view the ProV as the Snap On version...The job as I said....critical...

I know a couple of you want a KayFun....I fully understand the challenges you face building coils...I forgot to thank CL for the link too Kidney Puncher and that tool would definitely make the job easier...I say avoid China but some of those KF clones are pretty good...They deserve consideration....Still they run @ 1/2 a KF and that's at a $100 price point...Coils aren't that hard and the KF is one of the easiest to load the coil onto...I don't want to make it seem hard....The run time, performance and not having to depend on vape mail make it a definite go....Now I got dragons to slay...

Well done Dee, and I'm so glad you took no offense! And I sincerely hope that Marti or anyone else did. I made a poorly thought out comment and I couldn't get it off my mind until I came back to apologize. In no way did I mean to put down the KayFun or other fine RBAs either.

I even discussed how bad I felt with my "dearest" before I edited my post. I still have mod powers here, but decided not to edit John's post to delete my rude remark. I said it, I own it, and I came back to make it right with my heart.

Mike will always have a big piece of my heart, he's helped me in more ways that anyone knows...I doubt he even knows!

ProV is a very fine APV, and if I could afford one I would own one...but my Buzz Pros (even tho I agree about the gap!!) will always represent some of the greatest memories of my vaping journey
