Our beautiful Tracy and her family is in need of our positive thoughts and prayers tonight. Her father is in the hospital in critical care, after suffering a bout with his bleeding ulcers, and a heart attack.

Tracy, we're pulling for your Dad, and you have all of our love and support.

Oh, TRacy so sorry to hear about your Dad! Lots of positive energy/prayers here to send to you and your dad!

Sash, I read about that earlier. I also read some more heart wrenching news a few minutes ago.

I have no idea if any of you have been following the John and Shoep story. A Michigan man was photo'd while cradling his elderly dog in the water to ease his arthritis last year and the story went viral. Some of you may remember seeing this pic in the news.

Shoep celebrated his 20th birthday just a few weeks ago. He passed away yesterday. Bless you John, for being such a wonderful care giver, and rest peacefully sweet Shoep.

I think TT is misbehaving in TX:

Honey, Where's the house?

Oh my gosh, you should have heard my wife when we came around the corner and the house was gone.

The neighbors had helped me load her in the back of the pick-up truck (at 575 pounds she can't get in the front any more) and I had taken her out for a drive. Well, I guess more to air her out. Anyhow, she reaches behind her and pulls that 24 inch Crescent wrench out of her hip pocket, smashes the rear window of the truck and is beating me on the head with the wrench and all the while I was yelling "I didn't do it, I didn't do it!!!

I figured the telephone company or the electric company had found out where I had tapped into their lines and followed the lines to my house and knocked the house down to stop me from borrowing a little bit of their electricity and telephone. I don't know why they are so proud of that telephone and electric anyhow .... neither one works very good around here.

So tonight I have to go up to town and see what I can find laying around in peoples yards so I can build another house. With a little luck I'll have it built by tomorrow morning. Then I guess I'm going to have to go out and find a different place to tap into the telephone and electricity.

I'll tell you. My work never ends around here.

Tonight I'll just let my wife sleep in the back of the truck. I have one of those big, blue tarps I can cover her with. Hope she doesn't ruin the springs on the truck.
