Good morning everyone....Best frame that...you're not likely to see it again...Dog tired I was in bed at 1am.....another record set....
I live near Jordan Lake....a Bald Eagle nesting hot spot...I was way up a tributary stream to Jordan fishing a top water bait when a Bald Eagle dropped from a tree to take my lure...Unseen beforehand....yeah....I thought it was after me..'bout peed me shorts...I saw one "preening" over at nearby Harris Lake,,,When it flew off a feather came floating down and nearly landed in the boat...I added it to my collection of Osprey, Bald Eagle and Wild Turkey feathers...Or maybe I didn't...An Indian friend informed me they were illegal to possess unless they're used for religious purposes or sumpthin'...I'm a part time Witch Dokkturr....does that count?????????????? I keep sayin' I'll shoot a photo when I encounter an Eagle...So far that has not happened...Either way I'm glad to see them coming back...
I may/not qualify as .... over my sheet....I sold my aluminum boat as to purchase another...Intensive searching over a couple of months and I found one in the area of Richmond, Va...known round here as R Va...{my cousins live there}...it's 150 miles North...Right hull....right engine....WRONG trailer...Being a full time hustler with no real job the + - $2k for the trailer upgrade has eluded me until this point..The boat repair work I've done this week is for the premier and largest aluminum boat dealer in the Southeast...Two repairs later....We have a trailer!!! Best part is I now have my foot solidly in the door doing whatever repair their guys can't handle...In the last couple of months I've hustled up a nice truck and a new trailer...and I got to keep the house payment cashola~...Don't get me wrong....step on my toes and I will be in your grille...Otherwise I help others whenever possible and the good karma comes my way...Dang near almost time to knock it outta gear and use that new trailer...Still a couple of days with the hammer down required though....

Good morning all, well almost, took me a half hour to get to posting here so I was actually up while it was still morning. I went to sleep just after 3am and slept till 1130am. Slept good finally nice after only sleeping 3 hours the previous night man I was tired yesterday.
Afternoon all! Had my computer torn down this morning for a good cleaning, pulled the graphics card and fans to clean the blades. All back together and running again. The dust is not making my allergies any better...puffy face and eyes which I don't usually get. I can't help but think it is related to my flu shot, the spot on my arm where I got it was a little pimple last night.
I turned the ac on to pull the dust out of the air, gonna make lunch and put my Zyrtec dosed self back to bed for a nap.

Well I just got back from Wally-world with my sis. It was nice we went in her Lincoln Navigator that is one sweet ride.
Never rode in one Den, but I see a few over on Spruce Street here in our town 
Well I am attempting a resurrection now. I have Fred soaking in alcohol for a couple hours, then I'm going to rinse him real well and run some hot water through him for a good few minutes. If that gets the gunk out he may have a second shot at life. We'll find out tomorrow after he dries out overnight.
Thanks, later tonight we'll see if he comes out of his coma or not. I'm gonna give this one in my ARO right now the same cleaning for sure if it works and probably start cleaning them a bit more often. Someone told me I might get 6 months or more from them with better cleaning.
PS - I think I'll call this one Fred's brother George. hehe

Well the suspense was killing me so I went ahead and reinstalled Fred. It's alive! I am really impressed produces vapor, and tastes just like a brand new one. So his brother is now having a time out for a couple hours in a shot glass of ever clear. Even got the wicks that were dark brown almost completely white again.
So now my revised method is quick hot water rinse, couple hours in shot glass of alcohol, about 10 minutes soaking in hot water, then a good thorough rinse under hot water. Then overnight or even a little longer to thoroughly dry.
