Sadly, my cat days are over....allergies!!!

Hey Tracy, I have two parrots so have not had cats in a long time. I got tested for allergies a few years back and I was shocked because cats are the #1 thing that I am allergic to. Dogs came in second and those are both more than the regular seasonal stuff that I am allergic to.

Of course, I am also allergic to my Grey's dander but I just deal with it

Aw!! If Bo gets near a cat his eyes begin to itch something fierce! Strange thing is that he just started having that happen recently and we're hoping he isn't allergic to my dog. Not sure why it would happen all of a sudden though!

I love African greys!!! And cockatoos.....and conures....and cockatiels. Lol

Yes it does Fran. My 2 older girls loved our cats but Maddie will never know what it's like to own one and how much fun they can be.

We feed a feral cat. He's been here for 8 years and we still can't pet him, but he's always here for breakfast and dinner.

Mark I hope you can get things straightened out....I hate it when things get complicated...I was once the proud owner of a 72 as well....Wired with aluminum and un-insurable unless changed out to copper...That took a few minutes....

Work progresses on the little Ranger...Tonight the exhaust system is laying in the scrap pile...Looks right at home there to...The trans was leaking from the intermediate shift servo...Just an o-ring and I'm hoping it won't take an act of Congress to get one...Managed to catch a ratchet with a pipe slid on for extra leverage in the mouth today...busted lip and nose...tooth thru the lip...Yeah...I saw stars...there was blood..and cussing....lots of cussing....I'll be fine though it's kinda sore atm.....

Every day is dog day round here....
