Started in on the bathroom floor repairs...The trailer has printed surface sheet rock....One sheet in the bedroom covers the bath/shower and must be removed and saved at all costs...Careful removal of 10,000 staples only to reveal the middle is glued to the 2X4...Ain't that special...Hoping my long neck wind shield knife will get it off safely..As i pulled shoe molding from another area I found water/insect?? damage to the bottom of a wall...Hoping that doesn't turn into a cluster#@$% as well...Had to get that ball rolling at any rate...Next up is cutting the water in there while leaving it on everywhere else. I've made the decision to install a pex manifold and all new pex pipe...One fitting at the manifold...one fitting at the outlet of the water...There will be little time for R%R ever I guess....

Thanks Tracy and Dee. My lower back always hurts, to what degree depends on how much ibuprofen I'm willing to take, and how much pantoprazole I'm willing to take to keep it from eating a hole in my stomach

Sounds like my house ElDee. Every "project" I've ever started here turns into something much bigger than I expected. Last year I went to recaulk the bathtub, when I pulled all of the old caulk out the entire bottom row of tiles came right along with it!!!

I wish you better luck than I had.

Oh the tub caulking.....We got the 92 model trailer in 93...After it was set up Dad and I walked thru looking for things to do before moving in...Caulking the tub was one thing...Dad did it while I was away...I was quiet unimpressed with his caulking expertise and gave him hell for it...just a good old "Hide the caulk!!!" ribbing....He went on too Heaven in 95 and that caulk job is still hanging tough...You can best well believe whatever I can leave of it will remain....

Whooboy tis cold in my neighborhood.....Thermals and hoodies....Even saw some sporting boggins....

Errands here in a bit...I need a if it fits box from the PO....Boost enjoys my money....the local dump...gotta check with my guy and see if there is any honey left...Hoping to black out my exhaust and clean the shop afterwards....

Thinking about lasagna tonight with a stromboli for tomorrow night....I got a local restaurant that knows me well...You know I ain't cooking....

Katie drove her car all around town this morning with the parking brake engaged...I'm guessing she now needs to have her brakes inspected? She couldn't figure out what was wrong when she smelled that burning smell. Opinions?
