Thanks for all your concerns, but we're doing OK here. It actually got down to 46º but NO SNOW !!! thank God. They had a mad rush on tire chains at OSH last night and I got the last set. I'm glad I don't have to put on chains this morning to get to work. I hope you guys don't have to put up with kind of wintery hell.

I remember what it's like to live in an area that was never prepared for snow Wharf! On the rare occasions that we would get snow (or worse, an ice storm) in Ark or Tx, we'd be paralyzed for days. But here no one bats an eye because the town plows have the streets ready to go for the morning commute. It takes a super storm to shut us down.

Glad to hear you aren't hung over Den. Back in my drinking days, I'd be sick as a dog the next day

5c, perfect song to put Den to sleep with LOL!

Got the post office and town goings done, room cleaned, computer torn down for a cleaning and put back together, and got a service appt set for Katie's new thermostat install. It's not even 1pm yet...who is this gal that woke up in my body this morning?!

I'm the same way Bo. Driving in snow is easy and I rarely if ever use chains. You just need to remember not to accelerate too much, turn too fast, and to brake very easily. I tap my brakes instead of pushing on them. Get a little snow and everyone panics.

Another busy week. I've been busting hump on stuff at work, good things but time consuming.

Got the last mulching at camp done for the season. I'll likely install one outdoors outlet set on the deck this weekend, then be done with deck/porch/outside lighting electrical work.

I've been experimenting using some led lights, quite happy so far. Lower power than cfl, instant on, if you read reviews you can track down things that have a decently warm tone. Meritline daily deals are a great source for Onesy-twosy buys, and I've gone to amazon for multi bulb purchases for interior fixtures.

Good morning everyone!! :)

It's a pretty nice weather day here so I plan on getting out a bit and cleaning up the yard and stuff. Also making a run to my local Tractor Supply for puppy food since I hear it's cheaper there. I hope the cost of gas going to and from doesn't make up the difference but we will see.

Have a great day all!!~

Morning everyone :) Same here Tracy and Fran...and yard work that never ends lol!

Tracy, you should check your Tractor Supply and see if they sell USP PG, should be way cheaper than ordering it off the web. My local seed and feed stopped carrying it so now I have to pay thru the nose for it.

Enjoy this beautiful day everyone
