This basement used to leak like a sieve and I've seen it with 3ft. of water but I fixed all the leaks. Built a nice room with hardwood floors and it's my cave. I love it. Oh and I sound proofed it too.

Ya'll know I was beechin' last week about the legislature allowing fracking in NC....The story in 2012 was no fracking until the rules were made by the DENR{Department of Energy and Natural Resources}...The DENR has since been gutted by the Gubbener...The new rules are being worked on still...The legislature went ahead and passed fracking with no rules to review...Bottom line ....The gas boys can do whatever they want as long as the check is sent to the legislatures....They lied...Let me clear it up.....All the Democrats voted in opposition....ALL....12 Republicans voted against....The majority that voted in favor and all Republicans are lying sumbeeches...My neighbors in Lee County are at the center of the fracking lands...Represented as I am by Mike Stone....The vocal leader of the fracking movement...We'll see how he likes it come November....
Top that with a new bill making disclosure of the fracking chemicals a felony in NC....Bill also states any testing of personal wells prior to fracking is also a felony....That's priceless right there now Son....A felony to protect what's yours..??????? Maybe I should just turn to Fox and join the sheep...We got Nazi vaping Laws....Nazi Voting Laws and now Nazi Fracking Laws...What's next???? My hate for the Republican Party grows by the second....The gloves are off...

LD they're all liars, Republican and Democraps. They are the epitome of talking out both sides of their mouths at once. Besides they don't run the show. The oil companies. among others, do. Them reps are just bought and paid for mouthpieces for conglomerates.

We're finally getting some rain. Coming down pretty hard. We need it I hate to say. Dries out pretty fast on hot days.
5 just last evening I was reading which politicians had ties to Monsanto...I'll say this Monsanto is definitely bi-partisan...All up in the FDA as well....That came as no surprise...I'm of the firm opinion that any form of lobbying equals high treason and should be treated as such....For the people Mfers!!!!!!!!
A good hard week of farm duties behind me and only a few loose ends left....DANG!! Rotating the monsters on the Dodge tomorrow and hoping it will ride a little better...Maybe even get the Ranger into the shop...Still a very full plate but I'm chipping away...Patience GrassSmoker....patience

I finally found a movie I couldn't watch. I watched the first part and the last part but could not watch the rest. It was just too sad. It was directed by Steve McQueen and it was based on a book written by the person the movie was about. It is titled 12 yrs. a slave both the book and the movie. I kept it and maybe someday I'll be able to watch it all.
LD it's sad that we live in a country that has lost many of the values it was formed by and money has corrupted it to this point.
