As for the paragraph prior to the Greenies, that's awesome that your friend beat it, and kudos for your possible roll, or not, in it!!! hahah I just love happy endings!
Hell yeah, Tracy !!!!! I can take or leave sugar, but don't mess with my salt !!!!!

Ok, back to work, I go.

If I salt on anything now it tastes like I dumped a whole cupful in my mouth. Same with sugar. You'd be surprised after not eating it how you can taste it in foods. But that don't cut out my friday morning bull session at the corner doughnut shop. Or the doughnuts.

**GULP!** Looks like I'd better watch a youtube vid or two. Didn't know I'd need a torch!!!:blink:

Tracy, I have a torch, but I don't use it for my KFL. I use a 16ga needle to wrap (but there are lots of things you can wrap around), I keep the coil on the needle to secure it to the +/- post and set in place where I want it. Then remove the needle and fire the coil to glow then tweeze the coil. I'll do that 3-5 times. Then wick and enjoy :)

Wharf, I assume that your avatar is referring to Jerry Garcia. No one in their right mind should listen to me.

Well done, Ark!

Thanks for the heads up on the yarn, Dee. The perpetual cotton after-taste was a major turnoff. Will have to check out my Wally and see what I can find. No RO water, here, though. But I have a Brita pitcher? :D

Tracy, I am torchless as well and do the coiling much the same as Wharf. I have a set of very small knitting needles and wrap on them. Or one of them, rather—one is the right OD to accommodate a 3mm wick. Like with all things vaping, it took some trial and error..........

Fekkin' hedges, indeed, Bov. Level them, HAHAHA! I am not having a big yard in my next life unless I can pay someone else to care for it. I used to love working in it, found it therapeutic. Not so much, now, unless it's the fun stuff. Which most of it isn't :glare:

Managed to pull/strain my back late yesterday :( Probably originally happened while crawling around the floor or moving the dishwasher or doing the edging and such in the yard yesterday. But it was lifting the mattress corner, attempting to tuck the flat sheet in at the foot of the bed that floored me. Literally.

Some better this AM but not gone...that'll teach me to make the bed

Wishing y'all a pleasant Sunday!

Morning all :)

Ouch Pokey! I can surely sympathize on the back. It's not fun :(

I don't mind the yard work, I mind being hovered over and told what to do and how to do it! She found a scratch on the mower and flipped her lid over it  And I'm talking a full fledged screaming, cussing fit!

Today I do whatever I please LOL! And it's another beautiful day here :)
