Progress on the home front. Mortgage appraisal came in on the lake camp we're trying to get, it took three weeks from the appraiser's visit but came in fine. Three or four weeks of admin stuff on the Seller's side, we should close in mid October

Probably just do a few updates on electrical and water this season, then button it up until Spring.

Only 15 minutes from our home, convenient.

Of course, as soon as we close, I'll do a couple of checkout dives It is supposed to be quite shallow for a bit, but i have to see for myself.
