My "healthy" lady at work had me taking whole oats in a bowl, adding some dried fruit, cinnamon and almonds, cover with rice milk and put in the frige overnight. I eat cold or warm and it's tasty.

So far I've been too the ECF woodshed a few times but no blocks !!! I really got chewed out for what I said in defense of Xanax...I even got booted off that forum...X is a good kid and a homeboy from Charlotte. I hope he's doing well...and found some new juice !!!!

Salem no mountains but about 200 miles of I-95...Remember the story of when the band left the light guy and myself in Anderson?? I'll never forget that dang motel...We had to make some promises for our girlfriends to come pick us up...
