High School...a teacher once told me your high school years are the best of your life. After experiencing life OUT of high school, I'd like to tell him he was dead wrong.
I used to enjoy football back in the days of Archie Manning and Jim Plunkett and Roger Staubach. I always felt sorry for Archie, 'cause he was a good QB, but the poor guy had little help from his teammates. Then I read in Football Digest that at that time he was the highest paid player in the NFL. I decided to save my pity for someone who needed it more than ol' Arch...and of course, his boys are multimillionaires, so the Mannings are doing just fine.

I've never been a shoe fanatic. I have a pair of dress shoes, Nike walkers, sandals, flip flops, and house shoes...that's it! And you couldn't pay me enough to wear heels. My idea of dressed up in putting a crease in my Levi's lol. I'm not much on jewelry either. I guess I'm a cheap date

I produced a child that will NOT wear jewelry in any form...I often wonder how that happened. I blame it on her father's mutant genes.
Bov, I wore heels in my younger days, but no more. A broken ankle doesn't sound like it would be much fun.
I very rarely wear makeup, Fran, but I do like my jewelry. I like stainless steel. It is strong and cheap...more for your money.

I'm exhausted tonight. Drama with middle dd last night, and stayed up late waiting for her to get home. Up early today to see oldest dd off to college. I'm mentally drained!!!! Part of the drama last night was that "Mom NEVER lets middle dd do ANYTHING!" So here I am, exhausted, but waiting for a movie to let out (around ten I believe) so I can pick up the lovely child that I never let do anything!!! Mind you, this child had a half day of school on Friday, walked to her best friends house, I picked them both up there and drove them to Applebees for lunch. She then spent the rest of the day at friends house. Yesterday she helped her Dad move her older half sister across the state and didn't get home until 11:30 last night. Movies tonight. And "I" never let her do anything!!!!
And they wonder why I vape like a fiend!!!!!

Hummm, the Rockettes!! If I don't make the cut for the Chippendale dancing guys I'll have to audition for the Rockettes! I'm finally going to be able to say my ship has come in! I'm going to be rich! Heck, I'll probably be able to buy a new, old couch to put out in the front yard in the weeds by the boat and replace that broken mirror on my pick up truck!!!
Wow, those dollars signs are floating all around in my head!
I'd better go practice my dancing for a little bit. And I need to get my pick tutu washed today. Busy, busy, busy!

I'm talking about their PCs. Here's one for you. If you lose the password to log on you have to get inside and pull pins from the mother board to by pass it. I've never had to do that on any other PC. I haven't had any problems with their laptops. Today is round 2 with this old Dell just to get the printer working.
