I was up while it was still morning, I swear! Boiled some chicken breasts for lunches this week, and did a few things around the house.

I keep getting notices from Google that an IP address in China is trying to hack my gmail account. Guess it's time for a deep down spyware / virus scan.

Started vaping but continued smoke around my join date,I'm working myself down, started off at 24ml about two months ago now down to 6, was thinking in about another month or two trying to maybe make that last few steps down to three and zero.

Biz, there are many threads across many forums about the sensitive/bleeding gums when starting to vape. Mine got so bad that they would bleed everytime I would brush and floss.

I saw a periodontist and asked him about it because I got so concerned. He explained to me that once you quit smoking your gums start recovering. That means that the nerves get more sensitive. You are getting more blod flow to many parts of your body including your gums. You will actually notice after awhile that your gums go from almost white to a nice pink color as they should be.

No worries though. Keep brushing and flossing. It will get better

Biz, it's possible that your teeth feel more sensitive because you aren't hydrating enough. PG and VG both are very drying to your mouth and nasal passages. I always have a bottle of water with me so that's not a problem for me anymore, but I have problems with certain flavors making the roof of my mouth and tongue feeling raw and sore. Mostly citrus fruit flavors and minty flavors. I even have to be careful with real citrus fruits and juices for the same reason.

I'm still at 12mg nic.

Bov, I get the sore throat mouth from some citrus flavors too. I am pretty sure that it is the ctric acid that is in them. Just like if you eat too much of something too acidic you will get the same results. I am still able to use those flavors just at lower percentages.

I agree. As much as I miss my son and grandson in Charleston, I do NOT miss walking out the door anytime of the day or night during the summer and feeling like I got smacked with a hot, wet towel. I do like the changes of season here in the Upstate of SC as well as the lower humidity levels.

Fran, you reminded me that I forgot to work on taxes over the weekend. I feel like beating Hub severely. I used to do our taxes every year and was used to it. He decided one year that he would take over that job...fine with me. Suddenly this year, he has tossed it back to me. Mama is not pleased.

We were up to about 58 today until that cold front rolled over us, we got a little tinkle of rain and even some thunder. Windy and down to 28 tonight.
