I bet the FDA's first move(and it won't be long) will be to stop the high concentration unmixed nicotine from traveling through the mail. It will be labeled as a hazardous substance or words to that effect.

My biggest concern is what will happen to the cost of vaping. For a lot of us being able to vape and save money over other options has been great. If we can't save it may make it very difficult to maintain this new harm reduction habit. If this will get as expensive as smoking, well....

I think in the long run it will still be cheaper then smoking. But we will have to wait and see.
It sound like this will only affect the juice.
