I think we've all experienced that to a degree...2 weeks off of cigs, I felt like I never needed them again, and pretty much felt that way for the first couple months of vaping. Then, out of nowhere, a vape wouldn't satisfy me, and my mind would instantly say "well, you need a regular cigarette instead". But it always passed, and the more you let it pass, the quicker it generally goes (probably due in part to the nicotine inhaled shortly after, lol).

Anyway, I think I had a craving last week, and it lasted a good day or so, but I was feeling very stressed out and tired with life, and during those times, that psychological addiction to the cigarettes plays with your mind a little bit. That connection you had with analogs will never go away 100%, as you weren't addicted to just the nicotine, but the act of smoking itself. vaping is a close substitute and ultimately just as satisfying (not even to mention the health benefits), and most of the time that's enough for your mind once the focus of your cravings becomes vaping (lol), but there might still always be that draw somewhere in the back of your mind to go back to analogs, and it tends to creep up at the worst times.

Vape on!

Don't think it's the gear I'm using an itaste vv 3.0 with a mini pro tank 2. Vaping 12 mil anything higher than that gives me an ungodly head ache Maybe it's just this juice it's good juice but not the best I've had by any means but for the price I had to try it, Not mentioning the name I don't want to slander anybody's juice because I've wanted a smoke. I think a lot of it is stress but who really knows. Thanks for the replys

Craving a cigarette after you have been vaping successfully at your current nic level would send off all kinds of warning bells to me that the juice may very well not contain the amount of nicotine it should. Try vaping some juice you have tried previously which has worked for you to see if that cures the cravings. If so, you have your answer.

I think Scott P nailed it. I went through a crazy spree of "WHY the hell do I want a cigarette NOW?!" about 2 months ago. I quit 8 months ago. I thought it through to the ugly end, day in and day out for about a week. Lighting one enticed me. Imagining taking the first drag........ NASTY. I remember very well how that last cigarette tasted. I only managed 3 puffs of it before I tossed it. It was gross. It would still be gross. I know what everyone smells like when they come in from smoke breaks at work and I nearly gag. I don't want that in my hair or my clothes. I used to be that stench.

TOUGH IT OUT! It's a waste of money and you'll only make an ugly frowny face after you take a puff. Then people will point and laugh. It's no good.
