That's an awesome setup! I am fairly new to vaping (3 weeks today) and I wish I would have done more research when I started. I've spend a good amount of money so far trying to get to where I want to be. I started with the Kanger E-smart and quickly moved to the Evods. I'm happy with them except I am now wanting something with a better battery life. My next purchase will probably be the MVP 2.0 and a Spinner 1300 as a back up. I've already got several Evod tanks, a mini protank 2, and 2 davide minis. Luckily I have friends wanting to start out small so I can sell my other batteries and get some money back. I might not be saving money yet but I love vaping and I'm so happy to be off the analogs!

Congratulations. I hope you stay off the horrid analogues.

I'd recommend getting a few normal ego batteries, another protank (or evods for less money), and about 10 new coils heads (say 1.8ohm). And a couple of USB ego chargers. Probably cost you another £35ish.

I normally use a Vamo and protank, but find it reassuring to have spare egos just knocking about.

I've got two more Protank 3's and several packs of new heads for them on the way. I'm still shopping for a second battery, I was looking at the innokin vv v3.0 but I'm afraid my wife would throttle me if I spent any more money at this time. p.s. don't tell her about the tanks and heads.

Killer start! You have started off with my "wishlist"!

Im using Egos, EVODs and a couple of mini Protanks and am quite happy but a bigger badder mod is a wish.

Nice start!

You'll get there, what I'm thinking about doing is setting aside all the money I'd normally spend on cigarettes, that can be my fund for my new addiction, which well, I think is going to be mods and tanks haha.

I did a ton of research before my purchase, and I'm very happy with it. I too have my eyes set on an MVP 2.0, though I'll probably wait a short while before purchasing another expensive mod. Congrats on 3 weeks, and many more!

Update: I'm still analog free after two full days. That's a big accomplishment for me, considering the longest I made it before vaping was maybe 6 or 8 hours. I'm still really enjoying my itaste svd and all of the tanks I've got. I went to the B&M and tried a few more flavors, and found one I liked. Don't laugh, but it's sweettarts flavor, I bought 30ml with 18mg nic for just $12 which I felt was a good deal. What I didn't expect was to be going after all the fruity/sweet flavors much when I started down this road. I also really liked their peach flavor, but didn't pull the trigger on that one.

I do have a question though, and that is, how fast should I be going through the liquid? I understand that everyone is different, but a general time frame on how long it takes to drain a tank.(I have two iclear30 and a protank 3)

Other than that I'm having a blast vaping and more importantly, NOT smoking!

Stick with it.....I started vaping back in 2009. It was hard at first because it definitely wasn't the same feel....especially back then. After all this time, I just started getting into these fancy mods and rebuilds. Watch out, with all the fancy stuff out these days, buying new gadgets will turn into its own addiction!!

I quit the analogues about 4 years ago. I have used the throw away gas station cigarette style ones for a bit but they didn't do it for me. I'm not really worried that this will get me back to wanting to smoke. I'm interested in sweet and fruity flavors with no nicotine. I just hope that the non nicotine flavors will still give me somewhat of a throat hit. The gas station ones didn't cut it.

Haha, tell me about it. I've been using the same setup for quite some time but recently stopped into an e-cig shop which was like a willy wonka candy store. I didn't know what half the stuff was but was immediately enthralled. Bought a new VV setup....then another mechanical mod and topped it off recently with a GP Paps X (if I was married, I probably wouldn't be after she saw the price of that thing!)

I had an Itaste VTR. (actually still do) but as i got into vaping i moved over to the mech side and RDA's. I like to tinker so it bored me that i couldn't do much with VW/VV. Sounds like you are off to a great start. I started out with an eGo and Vivi Nova and quit smoking with that. my motivation was my grandfather getting CPLD and being on oxygen 24/7. we all have different reason why we end up in similar places.

I started off the same way which quickly led me back to the analogues. After finding an e-cig that worked to satisfy the throat hit, I never looked back. A couple years ago, I had an analogue after my battery died at the bar and quickly regretted it. The analogue tasted absolutely horrible and I had no desire to do it again......but I was looking forward to recharging my battery and getting my e-cig back up and running.

Some of the non nic I've sampled gave an alright throat hit. It wasn't anything near what the nic gave but after a little while of vaping it, I believe your body will be satisfied.

So this is my 2 week update. I'm doing great, I haven't had any analogs nor have I desired any. I am having a slight issue though that may or may not be linked to quitting smoking and/or vaping. All of my ejuice tastes disgusting, I had been vaping sweettart flavor from a B&M here, and a couple flavors purchased from the internet, they all tasted great until last night. Now I dread taking a vape, because I know they are all going to disappoint. I'm using an iclear 30 with sweettarts and a protank with venom from killer juice, the venom tastes like window cleaner, sweettarts tastes burnt. I cleaned both tanks and changed coils in both when I noticed the off flavor last night. I have some cola flavor in the kayfun clone, it tastes fine, but still off. Is this the dreaded vapers tongue I've heard of?

Once you stop smoking your tastebuds start changing.

I had that happen and after thinking about it checked out the DIY liquids since i noticed it was cheaper and i could make something i might like.It was the best thing i ever did. I now order from ecigexpress.com because they have the lower nic levels so all i need is to add a few drops of flavoring. They also have a recipe book. But mostly i vape the plain nic liquid in 3mg.
