This makes analogs look scary

It's crazy to see this list of chemicals that are in a cigarette (which include propylene glycol) List of additives in cigarettes - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and compare that to whats in an e-cig. Why would anyone choose to smoke? I would think you're not getting anything in an e-cig that you would not be getting in an analog. You're just cutting out about 4,000 other chemicals.

True, but how many of us knew about e-cigs 40yrs ago and had a choice. Then, how long have e-cigs been in this country? Then, how long were they here before either of us knew about them?

This is the problem. All most all of the people who pick up cigarettes this year and begin smoking them for the rest of their life don't even know e-cigs exist. Plus, their own government seems inclined to keep it that way.

But of course, we both already knew that.

So what's left for us to do...nothing but get the word out, and that only works if it isn't banned. But, we both know that also.

Finally, if I was a young teen again, I would have picked up smokes. Why, because the adults did it, it was everywhere, John Wynn did it...and what was an e-cig for--to quit smoking?

It's just sad for the smokers who believe that the e-cig is dangerous, when they continue to smoke. There is one guy I work with that thinks that the e-cig is dangerous and he continues to smoke analogs. He doesn't believe me when I tell him the facts. Stupid FDA. Going around scaring people.
