I'm still so stunned I can hardly think straight but I have to post this. A few weeks ago, Mark and I shared some PM's and I spoke with Steve on the telephone about an order I had received and that I was not too impressed with some of the product I had ordered (carts). Steve and I had a wonderful conversation and he told me, no worries ... I'll make it better for ya again! Let me send you something to make up for your disappointment.

Well ... I got home today from work and there was my package from V4L. OMG! It takes a lot to leave me flabbergasted but you did it, Steve. This man went so far beyond 'normal' customer service expectations!! I actually got kind of choked up.

All of us who are regular customers already know that Steve's generosity of spirit cannot be beat. For ANYONE who has been looking and thinking of buying from Vapor4Life ... you absolutely cannot go wrong!! I'm normally a fairly skeptical person but Steve and the V4L crew have wowed me every single time I have placed an order and this latest display of customer service has simply blown me away.

Not only does Steve supply great products, he backs everything he sells and every promise he makes to 'keep you smilin' by 1000%. I wish there was a better way than just words to express how grateful I am to have found this supplier, these products and this forum.

Steve ... you absolutely rock! Wish I could believe that there will come a day when we can meet face to face and I could shake your hand ... oh, to hell with that! Give you a great big HUG is more like it!!!! :wub:

Saying 'thanks!' seems so inadequate somehow. Maybe this will help some more ... woke up this morning to find my 2 pack a day husband sitting at his computer (he'd been up all night) with my silver xtra long manual in his hand vaping a 'fruity' flavor (that's all I had in the house at the time)! Yeah, it's true that he'd just about run out of smokes and didn't want to go out in the middle of the night in the wind and the rain but still ...I've been waiting for this moment . He's not about to dive into it completely just yet but ... we're winning! He actually liked it. Just wait until he tries something that actually tastes more like an analog! Didn't even mind (too much!!) the pink manual passthru I hooked his computer up with. :D:D

You've got a customer for life, Steve and soon ... hopefully two!!

This is GREAT news about hubby, hope he decides he LIKES it better.

Hate to break it to you Canuks, but he takes pretty good care of us Yanks too! ;)

We love you Steve! You and Mark always make me smile - I was smiling big time when I opened up my package today and found an extra batt AND some yummy banana cartos! You rock!!!! :D


Those are from the new company, but, I gotta get em MY liquid, still working on it.:D

Welcome! Most of the vendors out there are pretty good, but Steve kicks it up a notch! I have never seen the customer service ANYWHERE that I have gotten from Steve. I guess that is why one vendor in particular seems to have it in for Steve. I would probably order from a few other vendors I have tried if Steve didn't have something I needed right away, but I am sticking with V4L for the bulk of my vaping needs. That said, I wouldn't order again from that one particular vendor if there were no place left on earth to get vaping supplies. But that's just me! ;)

I assume you guys are reffering to a thread here? :confused:

My experience with Drew was over a recently placed order. He was not rude or anything, just not helpful.

The question I posed to him (which he did not answer) I actually got the answer from a forum member here. It was about the juice leaking in the carts he sent me and what I should do about it. I am brand new and haven't a clue.

What I can say is my battery shatted out on me today and I forgot to bring a back up and I have smoked 7 analogs today, vs the 5 I had been able to maintain for an entire day. So, I am dissapointed in myself.
