Before I started seriously considering a ProVari, I avoided this forum like it was the plague. I thought the nice ProVari owners were the minority, because of the way other people had talked about them (and ProVaris in general) in various places on the internet. Then, I took a deep breath and clicked on this forum right before I ordered, and I was amazed. Before my ProVari even shipped, this forum became my "happy place" on ECF; the place I come to calm down or to remind myself that there are truly nice, caring, and wonderful people here, when the negativity from other forums starts to get to me. Everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging, and some even seem to be excited for other people when they order a ProVari (I know I get excited for people, now that I have mine).

I'm so grateful to have found such a great place to hang out, as well as a quality device. So, I think I "get it now," too.

Oh and really the title of this thread really is appropriate for all conversations that have gone on lol

Sent from my iPhone using pixie dust!

Little did I know when I titled it. Really should have figured, I've been around for a month now. And never a dull moment.

Not being an Provari owner, I'll admit to not "getting it", but I enjoy happy posts and I don't want to wreck it, so I'll say this much.

It's a damn fine looking piece of equipment, and for that I wouldn't mind having one. That upgrade will have to wait until much later, but "pretty" is enough of an incentive to cast aside the argument that it's "just a battery housing".

And Barbie is just a doll.

It's difficult to hold an intelligent conversation with those who have not experienced that which is the Provari outside of this sub-forum. They "don't get it" because they've never used or owned one.

All those people can say is the Provari hasn't been updated with variable wattage, they don't like a single button control, they don't like the LED screen, it looks like a dildo, or its way too expensive for a battery holder. These are personal opinions and, if those are important them, then a Provari isn't the right mod. However, what the Provari DOES have will work each and every time. It can survive punishment that will destroy most every other mod made. And if it doesn't it can be sent to Provape to be made so that it does. Let those folks try that with whatever device they happen to be touting.

I'm also quite fond of my out-dated, unregulated Reo.

If the Provari looks like one then I'm sorry, all tube mods do.

Besides, real women have Hitachi Magic Wands.

I expect the mods to be here any moment. :)

Like, like, like! If Hitachi comes out with a mod, it will be on my Christmas list.

Real men have a bit torrent app.

Edit: I actually had to google Hitachi Magic Wand..... I was assuming it to be some kind of new vacuum cleaner.

It's designed to go with your Teva heels.

I actually didn't have the Reo in mind when I made that comment. I've never knocked a Reo. Although I don't own one, I totally understand why it's owners tout it. It has the build quality, attention to detail, durability, and lifetime customer service the same as a Provari. Both models represent the top dog of their respective class.

My comments were directed more to those people who own a ZMax, MVP, Evic, and even a Vamo and swear they are better deal than a Provari because they have more "features" for less price. They'll go on about how they've had theirs for an entire 6 months and its still working. That's all cool, but let's go forward 6 more months and see if they're still singing the same tune.

I hear rev. 3 will have a vibrating and rotating tip...

ProVape doesn't need a vibrating function any more than variable wattage. China already has it covered. I would love to read the problems arising (or not) in the New Members forum.

EGO-Vibrate Evod Mt3 Atomizer Electronic Cigarette - China Electronic Cigarette, Ego-Vibrate

ETA: As I was Googling and trying to remember where I saw this device, I ended up on Amazon. I had no idea one can buy a vibrating rooster ring on Amazon.

I remembered, but not where, too.

Another great line, as well:

You can press the acupuncture points and relief the tireness.

I wish.

So I have not posted in this thread before but I can not let this true and first hand story pass considering the previous post.

My mother-in-law came to visit us for an extended stay. She is a smoker. I turned her on to vaping and she took right to it. That was all good.

I leave for work before my wife. As I understand now....my wife, before she left for work, set up my mother-in-law her with my Provari, a Kayfun and an extra battery for the day. All unknown to me.

I get home from work before my wife. When I got home, my mother-in-law was vaping away with my Provari and was massaging her legs with my wife's hitachi magic wand.

I managed to asked her how she got the Provari (ignoring her use of the magic wand and not wanting to know where she found that). She said my wife told her she would really like the Provari and she "found" the magic wand in a drawer in the bedroom when putting clothes away. She hoped I did not mind while continuing to massage her leg with the magic wand....

After a moment I had an idea....

I swapped out the Provari with another APV I had and just let her keep using the magic wand. I told her "that your daughter really likes that massager also... you should tell her how much you like that when she gets home."

Pay back is hell sometimes.

TBAZ

She said "I hope you do not mind Angel (my wife) said I would really like the I found this massager, it really works great."

I replaced the provari with another APV and told her to keep using the massager.

I wrote about the Magic Wand in one of my blogs (not on ECF). Basically, I said that who cares if your toy sounds like a dishwasher, when you're screaming from multiple Os.
