Did you go back to Battery oporated?
Like I said I know where there's a free battery operated one that only needs a battery. I wouldn't have another electric. Not enough power for one thing and when the battery gets low you're through.
Here's the one we used to use. No the guy didn't come with it.

She didn't want a gas one 5c. There isn't much trimming here to do and the one she had me order for her only weighs 6lbs. If it were MY choice, I'd have gotten a gas one, but this little 32v with li-on batts will be just fine for her. Her old one had the nicad batts.

I've got an older gas Shindaiwa weed eater...I gotta spend $4.50 for ethanol free gas....Small weed eater carb + ethanol = big problemohhhhh

I saw a commercial battery powered weed eater that would tote the mail...As long as mine is running I'm good....

Another monsoon is on the way...

Spent the day cleaning the shop...So many tools were out of their homes on the Ranger project they were getting hard to locate...Got a few more fish too fry and them it's back on with the Ranger....

This whole FDA e-cig thing.....Troublesome....I have 0% respect for the FDA...Very corrupt IMO....

What they're doing is anybody's guess......bet your azz big tobacco is pressuring them....RJR pushed NC to pass a 5 cent per Ml tax and anyone selling anything e-cig related in NC must be a registered tobacco wholesaler...RJR entered the market with the Vuse and wanted competition crippled...I would expect something along the same line nationally...Word I hear is any mod other than the little ones we all started with will become illegal...

Speaking of illegal.....Just how the hell does a major corporation or a group of rich guys throw money at politicians to get laws written for their benefit???????????????? IMO anyone bribing or accepting bribes should be shot at sunrise...It's high treason but legal.....
