Morning :)

Evie, glad to hear your tests were good!

Dee, go with a really light hand on the cookie flavor...it takes very little to add the bakery note, but too much and it'll taste like Frito's! You might start with less than your recipe calls for, and add more if needed. The cookie seems to get stronger with steeping.

Finally after all that beechin' I got my cash back home...Phew!!!!!!!!

Bov the recipe calls for 2% cookie...My source's favorite recipe only calls for FW VC and EM....Thinking I'll try that first and maybe a 10ml with the cookie for comparison...

Fran not sure what you guys up North call kindling...round these parts it's regular firewood split very thin...maybe some small limbs sawed up as well...When a Southern Yellow Pine dies naturally the stump over time turns "fat"...Turpentine from the tree settles in the stump...We call it "fat Lighterd"...Split into slivers it will get the kindling going lickity split...

That's a tedious job Fran...slow and steady wins the race :)

I used to use the yellow pine fat for fire starting too. And yep, I shucked my own kindling from my split oak.

Dee, I've been mixing my butterscotch and bav cream half and half with a total of 10% flavor, but I think next time I'll use a bit more BC and less butterscotch. I definitely want to hear what you think of the VC recipes you try.

I did the grocery run today too. Bought a turkey breast to cook for lunch sandwiches, gonna see how well it cooks in the crock pot. At $1.98 a lb, it was a lot cheaper than my usual boneless chicken breasts for lunches. I'll have to split it to fit it in the crock pot...I may need a hatchet

    Saws-all with a clean blade:)
