Well the neighbor took it on herself to trim a tree in my yard...While they were being so helpful they also trimmed a very large bush to almost nothing and trampled the horse's tail I'd planted around it...They piled limbs in my yard and on an adjacent lot that's up for sale...She has no connection to the lot and I surely hope the owner doesn't approach me about it...Lucky for her she never showed up today....maybe lucky for me???? When she spoke with me in the spring she was clearly told that any trimming would be done by me...Her excuse to my cousin was so the tree wouldn't block the view of her back door....I have a boat in the yard....a big storage building and a much nicer house....Funny how no one has touched any of my stuff....My conclusion....The derelicts hanging with her proud to be out of rehab daughter may have broken in....better yet her daughter has likely fell off the wagon and needed money for her pleasure...I believe the tree and bush trimming were so she could see out as her privacy fence is really what's blocking the view...Not like anyone would be at my crib to see anything either...She asked for permission and that was flat denied...she did it anyway....According to NC law she's guilty of felony destruction of property and can also be smacked with a civil suit for damages...Not sure at this time exactly what I'll do but rest assured I will do something...I'm sick of her sheet...A property fence 12 feet over the line and 4 pine trees cut previously....now this....Got the didn't think you would mind those other times...I ain't got time for this sheet....

Dee, I would get her on the fence for sure! That would be a good starting place, since it's gonna cost her to have to move it. I feel bad for you, it's a shame not having decent neighbors.

Bov my spot was originally 4 lots...all 4 were marked with iron posts on this neighbors side...From the road three posts ran in a straight line with an angle between post 3 and 4...Her ex went to post 1 and 4 and pulled a string....Then installed his fence a foot over my line,,,A foot at the corners and 12 feet at the angle...Why???? Didn't think I'd mind...He did the same to a neighbor on his other side...a foot over...damn fence on that side is under the edge of the next neighbor's carport that's attached too the house...I only know this because hell yeah I paid to have everything surveyed...I told the neighbor I'd marked the points and even had a map showing the location of the fence should I need it for proof of the sheet these people do later....I gave him 24 hours to have the fence removed else I'd remove it...Trust this....we touched noses a couple of times as I explained that,,,That damn fence was gone off my property in less than 24 hours....It remains a foot over on the other side...
Then after a hurricane I arrived with a yard full of trees....siding and 100% of the underpinning missing from the house...the deck I built to sit on pillars and damn if it hadn't floated off about 20 feet and it's 16'x 16' and screened in....As we surveyed the damage I noticed 4 trees did not have the roots still attached and were cut prior...They were laying low trying to avoid me...On a trip for fuel I saw his truck sitting where???? at the bar....middle of the week....middle of the day...I banged on the door and told his wife he had 10 minutes to arrive and help clean up those trees or else I would drag him there...He complied again...got set straight again and was told not to think about quitting until the yard was clean...Later on down the road he was found hovering death from alcohol poisioning...living in a storage building in Jacksonville....He has since found Jesus...I doubt his true faith...I don't doubt I can and will whip his ......just for old times sake...
I remember after the fence thing she said she was heart broken to find the now trimmed to within an inch of its life bush was not hers...There are some mental issues there...
Not sure if a criminal complaint can be filed in NC...A statement of the facts without criminal charges...In case the bush or tree dies...I've read the laws and she is liable under criminal and civil charges...Truth be know a civil suit would only get me a judgement as I know she doesn't have two nickels to rub together...The tree alone could run well into the thousands as it's replacement is impossible....NClaw says they can cut anything overhanging....the lawyer whom had the link stated it was proper to ask first...you may not come on another person's land and make any cuts...that would be destruction of property...She will get a cussing of a lifetime and criminal charges are definitely a possibility...

Steeped @36 hours.....cleaned a well gunked K-Fun coil and re-wicked...Given that I tried the experimental w/Capellas first....It's a dang great flavor...I heard Capellas VC tasted of chemicals....I find that untrue...The FW VC will have to be great to be as good...

I think I have a tiny bottle of the FA Vienna Creme still. A long time ago I vaped it as a stand alone for awhile. All of my Capella's is old as Moses and should prolly be thrown out...as in 3 years old. Yeah I know, I'm not Suzy Homemaker!

Almost out of the Gravel Pit...Pear Guava combo....Looking to back that with some Strawberry for a test and then it's off too Snake Oil Land for the 5ml kayfun big ProV combo...Running the Capellas VC in my Mini w/3ml KayFun combo BTW...After the sweet Capellas the Gravel Pit has become OK by me....A nice contrast....
First year Little League got me a St. Louis t shirt and hat for my uniform...that was 69/70...Yeah that's my team....Go Cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
