Evening everyone

Didn't sleep well last night so I took a nap and went out like a light. Woke up all dinged out and fuzzy headed.

We didn't get much rain here, a few half hearted grumbles of thunder. The asphalt guy was supposed to come and do the driveway tomorrow but postponed until Tuesday. I'll have to park my car on the curb since we can't drive on it for 60 hours after he's finished.

Just caught the southern edge of a pretty wicked thunder storm. Nothing serious here but heard there was a possible tornado in Wolcott, 35 miles SW of us. Keeping my eyes on the radar for the evening.

Our storm was a morning one. Wind kicked up pretty good but didn't last long. Poured buckets of rain. Never got the second band. I think it went around us. More T-storms tomorrow.

Good, my grass is dying, but the weeds are growing nicely.

Our grass is green and very wet.

The rain that we got from the tropical storm and the rain from a couple of weeks ago, just soaked right into the ground. The surface of the ground was as dry as it was, before those storms.
