Dang with all the happenings lately I got a case of the sads.....All the dang rain lately ain't helped much....
Both my rigs were getting wonky so I rebuilt them both a while ago....The little home built coil winder works great....My coils always ohm perfectly at 1.5...Running 3.8V and all is well right there...
The damn grass is raising hell!!!!!!! You can't cut it soon enough these days...3 acres here and 1 acre at the beach.....FRIG!!!!!!!! Rain some more dangitt!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had obligations to fufill that put an end too the Ranger upgrades....Hoping to be back in the shop by the weekend.....

i was almost 1 when the mork and mindy show came out!?!?!? i have never seen a episode. i do like Robin in the movis i have seen him in i should try to find some old mork shows to watch... who knows maybe netflix will start airing aa bunch of his older stuff. But i did grow up with aladin and Doubt fire it does suck someone that made people that happy was so down.

Rain today, so I guess I'll put Katie's new weed eater together. It came in the mail yesterday.
Dee, after the TruGreen guy scolded Katie about mowing too often and too short, I've been pretty successful at only having to mow once a week

Wharf no I'd not seen that before....Thanks for the link...I still wrap 10 on a 5/64ths...still using yarn...It works for me...Medium low resistence is great on the Pro V....
Speaking of the Pro V....Version 3 hits the streets soon....
Bov the grass gurus say only a third of blade length should be removed when cutting...best to cut just before dark to allow the blades overnight too repair themselves...hard to werk that tan just before dark though....I run my decks higher than most as i feel the grass does better with a longer blade...IMO looks better than scalped as well....
The news said....the sultry voiced Lauren Bacall....I always though her voice.....well sultry wasn't what came too mind...May she rest in peace.....
My Great Uncle took a switchblade off a SS officer that he personally laid too rest...Long gone now I sure miss those stories he used too tell....Last week pill heads broke into my cousin's crib and the switchblade was among the items stolen....Pill heads being pill heads they got too arguing and one chic spilled the beans...There was absolutely no good detective work....If the switchblade doesn't return things ain't gonna turn out so well for one certain fellow....It's the same guy that I caught trying to break into my friends race car shop....

Yep, the lawn guy told her not to cut shorter than 3.5" so that's what I set the mower to. Other lawns around us have burned out, but ours is still mostly green.

Bov....I may be wrong but pretty sure blade and root length go hand in hand...3.5 is the minimum length given...Mine is a little more than that,,,,,actually a lot more right now....
We live near the Brick Capital of the World.....Sanford, NC...My great uncle hauled bricks all his life....A little Mercedes Benz brick truck that only carried 4 cubes....He would stop here and pick me up too help him...Actually the truck did all the work....we just rode...Hard for me to imagine him actually killing someone...I guess it was kill or be killed...That switchblade has a pretty good cash value but to my cousin it's priceless....My cousin was a brick hauler as well....was...Multiple DUIs and no more CDLs....I gave up the alcohol myself....That pill head kid...I grew up with his father and IMO he did a sheety job of parenting...When he tried breaking in the race shop old dad just said "oh well"....Luckily I had taken a break and was just cutting the block when I came upon a strange truck in a familiar place...Pill head scrammed rather than get his head bashed...left the truck...the cops did nada...offered to lock me up for threatening him...I damn sure didn't chase the little bassturd....Now he's gotta deal with my cousin.....like I said he drinks....his brother is a mean azz dude as well and also drinks...alcohol and hate....Rutt Roww Shaggy.....I'm staying home for that one....
