Hey Ladies!!! Anyone ever tried coconut flour???????????? I saw some on fried chicken tenders...Looked fairly yumm ohh!! The basis of my diet is eliminating carbs.... Proof in the puddin' 239lbs is now 183lbs...Making a firm commitment to get on the scales daily thru the winter....Knowing you can lose weight at will has led me to over indulge in the past....like I said 239....Outback has coconut fried shrimp that I will vouch for....that sauce they have throws all that away though....Just trying too up the arsenal in cooking options...Here it's grill/ frying pan or deep fryer...

The Frankensteined Ranger is performing flawlessly...Noticeable increase in power and hopefully MPGs as well....Gonna hook up my little boat before long...No auto that likes to heat up when towing is a big old plus plus as well...Got @100 miles on it around the hood and all systems are now 'El Dee Spec" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's another gloomy day here...Forecast for spotty showers turned into no sun at all....

I got railroaded into pickng pears later on....Should only be around a bushel left on the tree...

Off here in a minute for the yearly safety inspection and tags for the Ranger...Just outta the shop and the dang tag expires today....Murphy????????

Most of the tv I watch is DVRed....Tonight I watched a show in real time....and that's when I saw the world's first digitally controlled e-cig...The Vuse....brought to you by RJ Reynolds...That really got me HOT!!!!!!!! Also saw where Oreos were made by RJR/Nabisco,,,bought from Kraft....Kraft I don't like....RJR....I hate them beeches....I've had my last Oreo...My last chemically laden Oreo....
