I've had the salitair almost a week now. It's certainly made it a bit easier to breathe through my nose but after finding a bit of initial improvement (going by peak flow readings) my breathing over the last few days is the worst it's been for a while. Strange thing is, it's not even consistently bad. I can get a good reading (for me) off my peak flow meter and then a couple of hours later feel as though I'm struggling for a decent breath. It doesn't seem related to the timing of my salitair use so I'm not going to say it's to blame. It's hard to see how it could make the breathing worse in any case.

This looks like a very interesting device and I might give it a try one day when i have extra cash.

Just a side note...
About a year ago, I threw out all my table salt and now only use Pink Himalayan salt in my food. Pink Himalayan salt contains over 80 healthy minerals in it that no other salts contain. It is also saltier in taste so use much less. One other thing that I have found living in florida that table salt stuck together because of the humidity which forced me to always keep rice in my salt shaker. The pink himalayan salt doesnt clump together and not sure why but the humidity doesnt seem to affect it.
