Both of those two chargers work great. I have an i2 that I have had for 9 months and it works flawlessly. Charges batteries right up to 4.2 volts and then shuts off the charging.
It's a great little charger and will do a CTC5 with no problems. Keep in mind it charges at 0.5 amps only so it will take a little longer than the more expensive chargers, but 0.5A will also be easier on your batteries.
It's a great little charger. Just supply it with a 500 mA USB power source and it does a great job. And won't crap out like certain less than "flawless" chargers.
