The funny thing is the sales guy called it in saying that I was smoking in the mall. When the security guy got there, he looked at the guy like he was nuts and the guy said something like his product being "indoor approved" while mine was not (?!?)

The guard told him that if he was doing demos of his product in a common area of the mall, he wasn't about to tell me that I couldn't use mine in the same area. I sat on the bench 15 feet away and enjoyed my Grape vape until my wife came back.

I don't go to the mall if I can avoid it, but this sounds like fun if I can wear a
    www . V4L . com tee shirt while I mystery-shop some kiosks.

Asking the tough questions and getting lame answers within earshot of potential customers. Dropping business cards by accident. Trying not to laugh the whole time I'm doing it. I like it.

Sounds like the kiosk guy was one desperate jackass!

The mall kiosks are both a good and a bad thing i have to agree with daari. they overprice usually shoddy technology and say that it is the best you can buy. I was stopped once and whn the guy tried to explain how good his smoke51 was i gave him the rundown on about 4 other e-cigs that can put it to shame(my opinion of course). He looked like a deer in headlight just let me go about my day. :) it felt pretty good.

We have a number of malls here in the Cleveland area. I've found the prices for the juice are running $8-13 for 10ml of liquid. They have a decent selection of flavors and nic ranges from 0-24ml. The one mall is very knowledgable. The e-cigs are over priced. $85 for kit. But it gets people learning, and at least if I'm out and about and have a juice emergency, I know I can get some on the fly.
Most of our drug stores sell kits at $20 -50. I like that its all at the front of the cigarette counters, letting smokers know there is an alternative. Thats how I got started.

Oh really? Whereabouts in Cleveland are you able to buy juice? I'm from there and visit sometimes, it'd be nice to purchase some liquid at a store.
I will say this for kiosks, I bought some overpriced USA juice where I live and some overpriced USA juice recently in/around Youngstown at a smoke shop. Both times the 'clerk' was ignorant to anything technical, and the one in Youngstown had no clue the difference between PG and VG. But both those juices where the tastiest I've tried yet! This takes into account I've ordered USA mixes from about a dozen of the popular online vendors, along with about 3 dozen other flavors i have now collecting dust at home.

Those tastiest juices yet might have just been dekang or johnson creek juices... One of the mall vendors here buys their juices from dekang, and then pours them into bottles here so that they can label them with "USA juice". They also only fill the bottles 2/3 of the way and hike up the prices like crazy.
