I currently have 3 of them. Do any of you notice that the grip against the carto is inconsistent? One is extremely tight against the carto and is difficult to pull off to refill more juice. One is easy to slide off to refill the juice.... could it be the o-rings are inconsistent? or are the end caps made with slightly different tolerances?

Those tanks come with spare O Rings. I know one of the set is a bit looser, and think the other is tighter. I know they probably look the same but if you look close you will see the difference. Trust me, encountered this before :)

O and you can always shoot your question/concern in the IBTanked thread in the supplier forum. OCD seems to post in there pretty often.

I have 2, and they are both consistently slidey :( to the point where I use 801 cartos with them, since they have the larger bottom portion that acts like a flange and keeps the tank from sliding down.
wow, is it really loose even after the juice dries off the o-ring? if so, try one of the spare o-rings

i didn't even think about that, i'll go visit now thanks. So i guess it's all dependant on the o-ring?

In my experience yes for the most part. Ones that came on the tank felt too tight to me, so I dropped the looser ones on and now it is perfect. Well for me at least.

gotcha, thanks. i had a question about the spare 0-rings, there is a set of o-rings that are SLIGHTLY thicker than the other o-ring. do you know which one is supposed to be the inner o-ring?

Hmm not sure, but I am pretty sure the outer O Rings are much bigger than the inner. Think the kit includes an outer set and two inner sets.

I am sure OCD can help ya in his thread in the supplier area. Be willin to bet he has read this and wants to reply, but I think they got rules against suppliers posting outside the Supplier section.
