Yeah, you have a Mutation X V2 unless my sleep-deprived brain is missing something. I believe it should have triangle screws for the 4 posts... if yours actually has phillips screws, it's likely a clone, though there's an small chance they replaced them with phillips. A very small chance.

Regarding the battery: It isn't 35amp, it's actually around 20amps. I'd encourage you to search on it and confirm for your own peace of mind, as it'll come in handy when you follow everyone's very good advice on picking up a multimeter to measure the coil.

I'll definitely do both! Thx.

It's awfully hard to be in a detective-frame-of-mind when you refresh your browser and have to make sure you aren't hallucinating the weirdness you're paging down due to sleep-deprivation. :)

For the record, when I start looking like the normal one in a thread, you're doing everything right -- I look forward to whatever madness has bloomed that I'll wake up to.

An authentic mutation v2 has the airflow holes slanted in the opposite direction and the top cap has a proprietary wide-bore delrin drip tip, plus the triangle grub screws. But it is a very close design and probably works the same way. It is most likely something similar but not 1:1 from China.

I've awoken to great disappointment in this thread. Not a single trace of iambic pentameter, and thread, while I still believe in your potential, you'll never get moved to the lounge due of nonsense at this rate.

Good morning, Batman. I got some sleep also. Not much but enough to take the edge off.
I'd love to appease your need for iambic pentameter (back in the day some of my buds called me "Louie The Poet"...LOL)
but I have to re-read the rules to be sure that's cool.

How about a little poetic license in the form of an improv haiku?
Will that do?
Sunrise passed me by
waiting for the moon I cry
until the day I die
waiting for the son
I try

!! VAPER HAIKU-OFF !!

Clicking while world sleeps
More shinies in the mailbox
Wallet is weeping

Wrapping kanthal tight
China'd coil it for pennies
Far too much free time

You got served.

LOL! That's great. That last line in BOLD makes me think you know me..
I've been known to say that as I hand people something they'd prefer not be handed to them..
But no more. That was years ago.
