This is my second venture into Reoville. My first was a Mini 2.1 with an RM2, and that didn't go quite as I had hoped. I had a hard time finding the love that I thought I'd find. Now I'm back with a TRA LP Grand, Magma on top. I've also got a Plume Veil, but so far I'm in love with this Magma. I have one for my dna mods, so I went with something I knew I'd l like. Loving this set up so far!

Quick question though, I bought the Grand used, and there is a little bit of ghost flavor going on. What's the best way to clean it out?

I heard a few people on here talk about soaking the tube in vodka believe it or not. I don't know for how long, maybe a few minutes, maybe over night....or maybe you just drink the vodka and vape away and forget about the ghost flavor??

If that doesn't work, maybe replace the tube,bottle cap, and o-ring with a new kit.

Welcome back, joe. In the end, it seems getting the right topper for your reo was your issue - fantastic that you're in the zone with the magma.

As far as flavour ghosts go, it'll be in anything plastic or rubber - bottle, cap, o-ring, tube, as JM suggested. All of these are replaceable from Rob if you wanted (bottle/tube replacement kit), while folk remedies include:

* soaking in vodka or PGA, followed by a wash.
* running really hot water over and through them for a while.
* washing in a sludge of baking soda.

Note that if you wanted to remove the feeder tube, it's likely held on with a spot of glue, so consider reapplying that when you go to put the tube back on.

When you clean it make sure to pull the o ring in the bottle and clean it good, flavors can hide in it. worse case buy a new feed tube and bottle from Rob's site. Also is your spring silver or gold in color?

Another trick that works really well is denture cleaner tablets. Just remove the bottle and tube and soak for about 10 mins.

Thanks guys! I'm really liking it so far. The spring is gold, btw. I went ahead and ordered some new bottles, tubes and orings. But in the mean time I'm gonna try and clean it real good. Gave it a quick clean last night, but I had to bring to work today and show it off. Lol so I'm dealing with the ghost flavor until I can get it cleaned up real good tonight.

I have no idea what it is, buts it's definitely not something I'd vape. I've been hoping it'd work itself out. So far it hasn't though.
