thoughts and opinions on stainless steel rope

I heard someone talk about using stainless steel rope in a rba. However they couldn't tell me very much. Does anyone know more about this? Is it safe, and worth buying and if so who carries it? And alittle off topic but I saw an air flow adjuster for 510 threaded mods in a thread a few weeks back. I clicked on the link and they were outta stock. Now I forgot where I saw this so if you know who has those please let me know. T.I.A.

They vape very well, but are prone to over wicking (gurgling).
