Thoughts On A Wicked Video Gym...

Just wondered if anyone wants to get fit with me, i use to exercise maybe 5 times a week.. Weights, running etc.

But over the last two years i done virtually nothing and my body is showing the evidence..Ie out of shape and a paunch appearing.

My old training parnter got in touch last week and we met up went to the gym and fingers crossed this will continue.

I also bought a concept two rowing machine and have been using it daily since i received it on Wednesday.

This is what i propose anyone wanting to get fit at home, buy a web cam, get the equiptment you need and train with the cam on in the "WICKED VIDEO GYM" im just going to create the room now.

Everytime im on the rowing machine i will stick my cam on and fingers crossed either others will join in on their gear or watch to motivate themselves and me.

This could develop into a virtual training group.. As you train you get people watching and supporting and we can encourage each other.

So in future i will stick the cam on everytime im on the rower...regardless if anyone watches or joins in:)

I will make a quick post before we kick off, anyone else want to join get your gym gear out and web cam on and login to the room at the link below.

Hey pillbox.. The Nintendo WI has like the best exercise games you can have a mat and do all sorts of excersices I am not sure if you can do it online in the wi but its really cool its called The Wi Fit its awesome.. On another note I would love to help you out but I im in the good ole usa 16 or 18 hours away from floridia =P But I hope you have good luck but take the wi fit a try its really cool and my computer is a laptop that wouldent work well.. grrr but I hope you have some fun!

Oh, this would be fun! I work out about five times per week and have a full gym downstairs-- three days weight training, two days cardio (biking, rowing, or cardio/interval horrible stuff) I usually use dumbbells/barbells, but I also have a freestanding gym and pulley stations/etc. But, I have no webcam down there. .. I can't even figure out how I'd do that.

My laptop is broken and I'm not replacing it anytime soon.
