Thoughts on best dual 18650 mod

With dual batteries you are not going over 130W safely anyway. Even at 120W battery life would suck bad.

I'd wait for the dna 120 dual 18650 or 26650 mods.

To get 200W you have to use Lopo packs. You can't safely pull enough energy out of two 18650's to go over 130W.

Lipo batteries have poor battery life currently, also I don't know exactly but I bet they cost a lot to replace? But all the new dna mods seem to be lipo

Maybe I have to "bite the bullet" and try one sooner or later there pretty rare in thenuk at the moment

Yihi will be bringing out a 2 battery mod using the new v2 sx350j chip in December if you want their flagship chip.

Sigelei is using inhouse chips now. I would check to see if Busardo has reviewed the new 150W tc or not. I think all the IPVs are using variations of the Yihi sx330. I'm also interested in the Sig 150 tc, but I'm positive I will want the new Yihi mod unless its hideous.

Could get an istick 100W for now, and save for the Yihi mod. The istick is surprisingly decent and cheap as can be.

I'm using a ipv4s and evic-vt currently and have an istick 50w as back up, looking at something better than the ipv4s

My thoughts are

Sigelie 150tc
Snow wolf 200 TC
Xcube 2

But really looking forward to the yihi 350 chip

Also heard sigelie are making a 200w box

I have an ipv3 li. I absolutely love it. It's never messed up on me. Works like a charm. Upgradable to 200 watts and has temp control so it's future proof. Only thing depending on the builds you use you'll probably want a second set of batteries. I go through a set and a half a day. I vape at 105 watts. It lasts through the day though I swap them out late at night. The battery cover stays in place with no rattling. Easy menus to operate. Love love love this mod. Highly recommended it.

Wish I would have bought that the other day as my cheap work mod. This IPV D2 I bought is very disappointing.

Why? I rather like mine, especially for the price point.

The 100W istick definitely has a decent chip, finally. And you can get it for under $30.
